    I am a big sucker for fashion but i am picky at the same time. I like it when its suits my lifestyle. Well recently i tried Bebe and i am really surprised to find that they have such amazing fashion and styles. Also, i love how they keep shopping easy.
    I bought the jumpsuit from here, its so good in color and comfortable in the fitting. Also, it looks really pretty so I can wear it for different events as well. the cutting and everything is really suitable for my body type
    I recommend this for sure .

    This has by far been the worst buying experience I have ever had.

    Can you please tell me how they make shopping easy? This has been a terrible online shopping experience for me. And sooo expensive for a clothing company that has no store and you can’t try things on and if it is not the right fit I have to pay to send it back.

    Xmas gifts purchase

    I bought some Christmas gifts online, but they didn't fit. I tried to return them online and by mail, but I never got a refund. I even complained to the Attorney General of California, but BeBe didn't do anything. It wasn't until I disputed the charge with my credit card company that I finally got my $221 back. Dealing with their customer service was frustrating and disappointing overall.

    I ordered a dress for my birthday

    Oh my gosh, so I ordered this really cute dress for my birthday party, right? And it's been forever and I still haven't gotten it! I called so many times and the person on the phone had no idea where my dress was. When I emailed them, they sent me this rude email saying they'd get back to me. Like, seriously? Then they finally gave me a tracking number, but it hasn't moved in days! So I had to call USPS and they were like, the dress is there but you gotta pick it up. Ugh. Tried to cancel it but they said it was already shipped! My birthday is literally tomorrow so I had to scramble to find another dress. Not cool, guys. Had to get my mom involved to dispute the charge. Just a total bummer.

    T-shirt purchase

    I bought a shirt online not too long ago. But man, the delivery was a mess. They sent me an email saying there was a problem, so I tried calling customer service a bunch of times with no luck. The package never showed up, and it felt like they just didn't care about my issue at all. It was a super disappointing and annoying ordeal dealing with this company. I'd definitely tell others to think twice before buying from them.

    I ordered something months ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Dealing with customer service has been so slow, and they only refunded a small portion of my money. They never gave me a clear explanation and kept saying they passed my issue to someone higher up, but I never received a response. To top it off, the shipment comes all the way from China, so it's taking forever. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

    Online purchase, delayed refund

    I ordered something online not too long ago and had to send it back. It's been more than two weeks since they got my return, but I still haven't seen my money back. It's really frustrating and feels like they're intentionally dragging their feet on giving me back what's rightfully mine. It just doesn't sit right with me, feels a bit sketchy, you know? I'll definitely be more cautious about buying from them in the future.

    Bandage dress

    Bebe hides behind policy and does not work with customers. They have a tag on dresses that, it removed, they will not allow you to return the item. Unfortunately the tag is on the side of the dress and is very easy to pull off when pulling a snug dress up. All other tags are on and they will not refund me for the dress. Yvonne, supervisor was extremely unhelpful and hid behind policy vs trying to make customer happy. Now I have a store credit with a store I will never do business with again. Do business with retailers that try to keep customers happy.
