    I was shopping for shoes to go with a dinner dress that I had purchased. Beck in Elkin didn't have the shoes I needed, they were the first ones I checked with because I live in Elkin, NC. I was going to Winston Salem the next day so I thought I would check their Belk out before I ask for help. Surprisingly they neither had them so I went to Concord NC and they didn't have my size but the so she called Statesville & they said they had my size. Called Statesville Belk the next morning and the lady in the shoe department put me on hold TWICE, Hanging up both times I called back 3rd time she said they DIDN'T have my size. After much thought, I called Belk, Elkin NC, and spoke to Kathy St.John and told her my story. She said immediately I will be glad to see what the problem is and call you back in 30 mins. Just a short time later Kathy called and said they were holding the shoes for me, I could either have them shipped or go to Statesville and get them. I chose to drive to Statesville. Kathy St.John should be recognized for her courtesy and help she gave. Much appreciated. Thank You. Every employee at Belk in Elkin NC has always been very helpful.

    Himalayan Salt Lamp & Speaker

    I bought a Himalayan Salt Lamp & Speaker from this store to give to my friends, and I was really happy with how everything went. Right after I bought it, I saw that they put it on sale for an even better price. I decided to contact customer service to ask if I could get a refund for the difference, and they gave it to me right away without any problems. The person I talked to was nice, helpful, and quick. It's kind of a bummer to see all the bad reviews on here because my experience was actually really good. I'll definitely be back to shop online again.

    Belk just floods your inbox once they get your email. They never seem to quit and won't let you opt-out. They also pass on your email to others who keep bombarding you with messages. It's seriously irritating!

    Clothing purchase

    As a customer shopping at this store, I was really bummed out by the fact that most of the clothes they had were just not up to par. It's like what I've seen in the UK, where it seems like they're just stocking up on cheap stuff from overseas. Nowadays, people care more about getting good quality stuff rather than just a bunch of junk. But all I saw were thin shirts, flimsy jeans, and poorly made sweaters taking up all the space. Who wants to spend their cash on that? It's about time that stores start focusing more on quality and less on quantity. They should be supporting local manufacturers to give us better stuff at fair prices. Instead of relying so much on cheap imports, let's invest in our own production to help out our economy and make sure we're able to keep making things right here at home.

    Misdelivered Black Friday order

    So, I had this frustrating experience with my Black Friday order from Belk. I bought four clothes during the sale, and one of them, a $25 item, got delivered to some random spot in Virginia instead of my place in Florida. Customer service admitted they messed up, but they basically said, "Not our problem, bro." They told me the item came from a vendor on the marketplace, so I had to deal with them directly. I was mad because I bought it from Belk, and I thought they should make sure my stuff gets to me ok. It really bugged me that they took my money, didn't deliver the item, and wouldn't give me a refund. I was super disappointed.

    I had a problem with trying to exchange something on the website, and it took forever for them to even acknowledge it. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't even agree on whether I was getting an exchange or a refund. It was really frustrating dealing with them and not knowing what was going on with my order.

    I bought something from this company not too long ago, but man, it turned out to be a dud. The thing just straight up didn't work right. So I hit up their customer service peeps on the 5th, asking them how to send it back. But wouldn't you know it, I haven't heard back from them yet. It's pretty frustrating, and now I'm not so sure if I want to buy from them again down the road.

    Two Tops

    I tried to buy two tops, but it was so annoying. I spent hours trying to use a 20% off discount for a new account and a 50% off coupon, but they wouldn't work on my order. When I asked customer service for help, they said they couldn't because I couldn't log in, even though I was using the right info. I'm not shopping here again after this frustrating ordeal.

    Diamond ring set

    So, I ordered this really pretty 3-carat diamond ring set, right? And when it finally arrived, the package was empty! Like, how does that even happen?! Belk put it in this stupid white bag instead of a box, and FedEx messed up and lost it. And now Belk won't give me my money back or send me a new ring. It's so unfair, all I wanted was my beautiful ring, now I have nothing. Belk keeps saying it's out of their hands to fix it, but why should I have to suffer because they messed up? I should have just gone somewhere else to buy my ring!

    I just bought something online and had to send it back. It was a hassle because I had to cover the cost of shipping, print out the label, and pack everything up myself. When I contacted customer service about getting my money back, they weren't very helpful. It took way longer than they said for me to actually get my refund. I was really disappointed with how the whole return and refund situation was handled.

    Shoes in wrong size

    I was so excited to get my new shoes from this store, but when they showed up two weeks later, it was a total disaster. They sent me a size 7 narrow instead of the UK size 9 wide shoes I had ordered. Like, how does that even happen? Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning them and I'm pretty sure I won't even get my money back. It's super disappointing and I wish I never shopped here in the first place.

    Bracelet and Estée Lauder

    My daughter and I went to the store in Macon, Georgia and as soon as we walked in, we were hit with this super loud music that was just way too much. It seriously made it so hard to even enjoy shopping. We managed to grab a bracelet and some Estée Lauder stuff, but honestly, we couldn't get out of there fast enough because of that crazy music blasting out of the speakers. It felt more like a nightclub than a regular store, and we were totally not feeling it.
