Swimwear, coverups, tanks
I just have to say, the swimwear, coverups, and tanks I got from this store...wow, just amazing! Seriously, everything I got was exactly like they said it would be, and the material was top-notch quality. And can we talk about the sizing? Spot on, especially for the swimsuits. They fit perfectly based on bust measurements. My favorites had to be the Tito’s Swimsuit and the Turquoise and Gold swimsuit. And don't even get me started on the coverups - beautiful. Oh, and those summer tanks? So soft and they fit me just right. Overall, super happy with my purchase and you can bet I'll be back for more!
Trendy clothes, cheap price, accurate sizes, inaccurate colors
I just bought some cool clothes online for a good deal. I was pretty happy with my order in general since the sizes were mostly right, except for one item that was a little smaller than I thought. But I did notice that the colors of the clothes were a bit different from the pictures on the website. Like, a shirt I thought was white actually looked more like a dull yellow in person. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they could make the colors more accurate on the site.
First BelleLily purchase
I'm super pumped about my first BelleLily purchase! Most of the stuff I got fits like a glove and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Everything came when it was supposed to and matched up with what was advertised on the site. Only problem was I goofed up the size on a couple shirts. But no biggie, customer service was on it and helped me out with the exchange lickety-split. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out. Cheers!
Ease of purchase, address error
I had such an easy time buying from this store, it really impressed me. But then I realized later on that my address was wrong in the order. Right now, I'm trying to fix it so my package gets to the right place. Other than that little hiccup, I have nothing bad to say about my shopping experience. The website was easy to use, they had a great selection of products, and checkout was a breeze.
Knitted Sweater Cardigan - Khaki, S/M
I recently ordered a knitted cardigan in Khaki, size S/M. I have to say, the quality totally blew me away - it was even better than I expected. Plus, the color and size matched the description perfectly. I was a little concerned about sizing since I usually wear a size 10, but the fit was spot on. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The quality of the clothes is amazing - the stitching is perfect, the materials are comfortable, and the sizing is spot on. The stuff I got was even better than I expected and I'm really happy with my purchase.
High quality merchandise at low prices
I was so impressed by the website - it was super easy to use and the prices were way cheaper than I expected for stuff of that quality. There were tons of ways to save money, and I even saw that some items have 24-hour shipping available, which is pretty hard to come by nowadays. I'd totally suggest this place to anyone who wants awesome deals and awesome products.
Size issue
I bought this really cute outfit, but the size I ordered was way too small! Usually I don't have this issue when shopping online, but their sizes are totally different from what I'm used to. Thankfully, their customer service was amazing and helped me exchange it for a larger size. They were so quick to respond, I was really impressed!
Coupons, Canadian currency, hoping for same quality items
Using coupons can get a bit confusing, honestly I'd rather just get a straightforward discount. It definitely matters to me if I'm ordering in Canadian dollars or not. Hopefully, I'll receive the same high-quality items I've gotten in the past. I enjoy hunting for sales, so I'm looking forward to that.

I love checking out the clothes you put out, they always catch my eye. I bought this super cute top from your store recently and I was happy with how easy it was to order. But when I went to read some reviews on it, all 20 of them were from the same people and they were so generic and cheesy. I really count on reviews to help me make choices, so this was kind of a bummer for me.
My package missing
My package never showed up, but once I let them know, they were able to assist me in getting it sorted out!

I ordered this product and you took my money and no product. Checked on my order status and it shows no order. Call ed customer service and they have no knowledge of my order. Still haven’t received any confirmation from your customer service team on my order. So my next step is to contact Michigan attorney general and go from there. It’s sad it has to come to this. Customer service was horrible in addressing the issue completely.

Ladies tops
Horrible customer service, clothes are really cheaply made and this China based company will only offer a partial return if I pay to send the items back to China and agree to have all the original shipping costs and the insurance to send the products here in the first place taken from my return amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You will get stuck with a ton of horrible clothes that you can’t return. The photos can be seen on so many websites all over the internet and when you receive the products they are nothing you will expect. Run!!!! Always check out online company reviews prior to ordering products. I’m stuck with a bunch of cheaply made clothes that I will never wear"
Clothes and accessories
I ordered many items including 3 bathing suites, shorts, 3 tank tops and 2 key chains. When I received my order, the shorts were the wrong size, swimsuits were made of weird material and not cute and the key chains were not what I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service and they told me I would have to pay for shipping back for a refund. I told them that this was not my mistake and asked them to pay for the return. They refused and said that the partner that ships from the warehouse must have messed up the order and that they would give me a $15 credit or credits on my next order! I was outraged and demanded a refund and to speak to a manager. I never received either one of those things and remain and unhappy customer. Remind you it took weeks before ever receiving my order!
Clothing
Bellelily is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The clothes are cheap and not worth the little amount they charge. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The website states that they will accept returns but that is a lie. What they don't tell you is that you cannot return items & they will only offer a discount on your next purchase when you ask for a return. If you do choose to send something back, it is to China and at YOUR expense! Why would I have to send items to China when they were delivered to me from a US warehouse? I want my money back but clearly will not get it. I will never shop here again & I recommend you don't either. After a week of emails back & forth, the only thing I was offered on the items I wanted to return & one item damaged, was a discount on my next purchase. REALLY? You think I want to shop here again? NO!!! This site is a joke! If you want good clothing that you can actually return for your money back or exchange, I recommend shein.com or zolucky.com. Both clothing sites have awesome stuff & awesome customer service...and accept returns IN THE UNITED STATES! Bellelily is a JOKE! Shop at your own risk, but remember that you have been warned!

Absolutely terrible. I do not recommend. The clothes are poor quality and do not look like pictures. They also do not take returns. It does not say on the website that you cannot return items, but I dealt with trying to return an item and they simply said that they can only give me a discount on my next purchase. They were a terrible company to work with.
Several items
I ordered several different clothing items. They were not as pictured at all. The colors were off.and they were very cheaply made. They had many flaws like crooked stitching. I tried to return everything but all they kept saying was they would give me a partial refund because of the expenses they had incurred. Do not order from this company unless you want poor quality items that you can not return. The clothes look nothing like the photos and the fabric is cheap and scratchy. I will not wear any of the items I purchased and I bought 8 different things.
