Order all you want by signing in to the Bemz account and browse their latest furniture custom design covers. All Bemz products are sewn to order in Europe by dedicated seamstresses who complete many steps by hand. This level of quality requires time, so you can expect your order to be shipped approximately 7-9 weeks after placing your order. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, Unifaun systems will email the tracking and delivery details. To make your shopping experience easier, when ordering to delivery addresses in the UK, you will pay the custom and duty fees, applicable taxes (all determined by your local government authorities), and brokerage/handling charges when checking out. This means no additional fees are required at the time of delivery. Everything is paid upfront and will be stated during the check-out process and also on your receipt. Shipping fees to the UK is set at a flat rate of £20. I bought the daybed covers from here and Ah the quality is so good!!!! I can't believe it changed the whole look ! its so pretty and the fabrics are so soft! Honestly, i was not looking forward to that much. I thought it will be okay as i was not that impressed. However, this is going to my the first time when i got much better quality product as they shown on their store i am so glad that i decided to buy it from here. I am going to get more items as they all look really impressive. I like it what I bought. The price is still a factor which bothers me but yeah i am in!
This is in reference to order number LS201008. I wish I could write a good review if I had received my covers but I have not received them yet. I ordered Sept. 3 and later received an email that they wouldn't be shipped out until Oct. 27 because a fabric was out of stock. I asked if I could ship to another fabric but was told I could cancel the order and switch to another but it wouldn't be any faster. I didn't confirm I wanted to cancel the order. On Nov. 4 I checked to see if there was any emails notifying the covers had shipped yet. There was not so I emailed to check on my order. Now they have said it was canceled and will not ship until around Nov. 20. This is really getting too late for me, and moreso, the order was never canceled with proof being I was never issued a refund! If the order was canceled as they are saying I would have been issued a refund NO REFUND and NO cover. I really feel they should send the cover AND issue me a refund for the run around I have gotten, or at least put priority on it and get my cover sent ASAP, I am so frustrated as all this time I have a sofa sitting in a box taking up a ton of space while I wait for a cover that should've only been 3-4weeks as the website says but now it looks like 3 months??! Would have never ordered if it was going to take that long
