I am shopping this shop since long time Most of the time polo shirts T shirts Branded Jackets and few times trousers No issue found in quality and color so far One more important thing to share Seller have good apparels for limited budget customers So a branded store is best for all type of customers

I just bought some slippers, but they didn't fit right. Now I'm trying to send them back for a refund, but man, the whole return process is a major pain. Returning stuff should be easy for us customers, you know? Gotta keep us happy. I really think the company needs to step up their game and make the return policy more customer-friendly and efficient.
Recent visit to a store
While I was at the store the other day, a sales associate named LINDA really stood out to me. She was super nice, helpful, and really knew her stuff. She helped me and my friend quickly and gave us good info about the products they had. It was clear that LINDA knows her stuff and she made our shopping trip a great one.
Jeans purchase, quality issue
I was pretty excited about buying a new pair of jeans from the store, especially since they looked super stylish and were from a well-known brand. But man, was I let down. After just a year of wearing them every now and then, I noticed a rip starting to form near one of the back pockets. That was definitely unexpected and annoying. I've never had a pair of jeans fall apart on me like that, especially considering how much I paid for them. I expect my clothes to be good quality and last a while, and this was a total letdown. I don't think I'll be buying anything else from this brand in the future after this experience.
New shoes broke again
I recently bought these new shoes, and let me tell you, the sole has fallen off twice already. The first time, I thought it was a one-time thing, but then it happened AGAIN. I was like, seriously though, what's going on here? I thought Ben Sherman was supposed to be top-notch quality and all, but these shoes are basically disintegrating on my feet. So yeah, my crew and I are officially done with Ben Sherman shoes!
Recent logo t-shirts
I used to love this brand, especially for getting logo t-shirts for my partner. But lately, I've noticed the quality has taken a nosedive. The material is thin and falls apart fast, plus the shirts lose their shape way too quickly. It's a bummer to see the quality drop so much, considering I used to buy 5-8 shirts a year. Please bring back the good stuff that kept me coming back!
White sneakers cracked after 4 wears
I got these white sneakers, and man, I was pumped to rock them because they looked so clean. But I swear, after only wearing them like 4 times, they started cracking! It's ridiculous. I've bought kicks from all over - Alibaba, Primark, you name it - and they held up way better than these. So yeah, gonna chuck these in the trash real soon.
Poor quality belt
I just bought a belt from this company and man, let me tell you, the quality was seriously lacking. I wore it for just a few weeks and it was already falling apart - what a bummer! When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they basically told me to take it up with the person who gifted it to me. So not cool! I even filled out a customer satisfaction form and got no response. I gotta say, I won't be giving props to this company to anyone. Their customer service is seriously lacking and their products aren't worth the money.
Damaged order
I ordered something from this store not too long ago and when it finally showed up, it was all messed up because they must've been pretty rough with it during shipping. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team about it, but haven't heard back from them at all.
Pair of shoes broke
My shoes broke after only a couple months. The heel completely split in half on one of them. I've never had this happen, not even with super cheap shoes. I should've checked out some reviews before buying because the quality is just terrible.
faulty slippers, missing sunglasses
I got some stuff from this company and it was so bad. The slippers I bought were messed up, and when I wanted to send them back, they said I couldn't because they were final sale. They wouldn't even give me a different pair for free. And then, my order didn't even have the sunglasses I bought. I used to really like this brand, but now it seems like they're being sneaky and using low-quality stuff but still making us pay a lot. The customer service was terrible - mean and not helpful at all. Be careful before you buy anything from this company!
Wrong item received, long refund process
I just wanna share that I got the wrong item from this store, and it's been a pain dealing with them. They're taking forever to give me my money back after I sent it back. It's frustrating to wait even longer for them to fix their mistake. I've had way better experiences with other stores, so this is just not cool.
Oversized jeans purchase
I bought my husband a pair of jeans from this company recently, but they ended up being way bigger than expected. Even though they were the same style, details, and size as a pair he already had. When I contacted customer service to try and return them, they told me I had to foot the bill for the return courier since there was no Click & Collect option in my area. This really surprised me, because I've never had such terrible customer service while shopping online before. I'm really let down by how little they were willing to help me out and be flexible. Because of this, I won't be recommending them to anyone and won't shop there again.
Pair of shoes for my son
I recently bought a pair of shoes for my son and it was a total letdown. They looked good at first, but after just 6 weeks, both heels were totally worn out. One of them even wore through, so I had to take them to a shoemaker who told me the heel was made of paper. I was shocked that a supposedly good product was made with such cheap materials. I started worrying about what would happen if the shoes got wet. When I contacted the company, they were nice but didn't really help. Overall, I recommend avoiding this brand, especially their shoes.
