    I just bought some stuff online, right? And then it turned into a whole mess when I wanted to return a few items. So, I got these things on sale during Black Friday, but then I had to send a couple back. The thing is, I didn't know till later that those items were final sale. There was no warning about that on the website! I even got two of the same dress in different sizes to be sure about fit, but they said no to an exchange. I reached out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but they acted like my messages didn't even exist.

    Sweater with cotton threads issue

    T-shirt and sweatshirt order

    I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, but I only got the t-shirt. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but haven't heard back. It really seems like they're ripping me off.     Don't even think about ordering stuff from this company online! I've been dealing with a massive headache trying to return a sweater.     The customer service at this store is terrible. I've tried everything to get in touch - called, emailed, messaged on Facebook - but haven't heard back at all. It's like their customer service team is non-existent. I bought a gift to pick up in-store, but it's been 10 whole days and still no item or communication. This is so frustrating and just not okay. I really suggest not dealing with this company.

    Clothing items purchased, payment issue

    I bought some clothes not too long ago, but ran into a problem when I tried to return them. I used PayPal to pay for my order, but when I wanted a refund, Bench wouldn't give me my money back. They're trying to give me a gift card instead, which I really don't want. Now I'm reaching out to PayPal to help me fix this because I really don't want anything more to do with this company.

    Coat purchase, needed exchange

    I got this awesome coat online, but when it arrived, it was too small. Had to send it back and get a larger size. But guess what? Instead of giving me my money back like they promised on their website, they only gave me store credit! So now I’m pretty much forced to buy from them again. Ugh.

    Hoodie purchase for Christmas gift

    I bought a hoodie online as a Christmas gift, but I was bummed when I found out they don't deliver to P.O. boxes, which I didn't know when I ordered. It's been 6 weeks since I sent the item back, and they still haven't processed the return. I used PayPal to pay, so now I gotta turn to them for help. This whole thing has been pretty aggravating, and I was hoping for better customer service.
