My Review of Bench.ca
I've been a client of Bench.ca for a few years now and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their online services. I just bought some stuff online, right? And then it turned into a whole mess when I wanted to return a few items. So, I got these things on sale during Black Friday, but then I had to send a couple back. The thing is, I didn't know till later that those items were final sale. There was no warning about that on the website! I even got two of the same dress in different sizes to be sure about fit, but they said no to an exchange. I reached out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but they acted like my messages didn't even exist.
Sweater with cotton threads issue
I bought a sweater from that store not too long ago, and after only a couple months, I started seeing cotton threads poking out from the sleeves. It's pretty clear that the fabric isn't top-notch and they didn't pay much attention to the details during manufacturing. Plus, when I tried to get help from customer service, it was like they were ignoring me. I was hoping for more from a brand that says they sell high-quality clothes.
Tight fitting clothes, great sales
The clothes are really good quality and totally worth the price. Just a heads up, they tend to run a bit small so you might want to go up a size. And let me tell you, the sales they have are awesome! You can snag some pricey stuff for half off. Plus, my order got here super fast and was spot-on, thanks to Purolator Courier. All in all, I'm one happy camper as a customer.
T-shirt and sweatshirt order
I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt, but I only got the t-shirt. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but haven't heard back. It really seems like they're ripping me off. It's super frustrating, especially since the store isn't even BBB accredited. I'm thinking of going to the store in person to try and sort this out, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Thumbs down for sure!

This place seriously has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I emailed them and left a voicemail about returning my item, but I never heard back from them. It's just so annoying when you're reaching out for help and they completely ignore you. I swear, I'm never coming back to shop here again.
Joggers and t-shirts purchase
I bought some joggers and t-shirts from the store not long ago. But I had a problem with the return policy. Even though my items weren't marked as final sale when I bought them, the store wouldn't take them back or give me a refund. I was really bummed out and annoyed by this, and now I'm thinking twice about shopping there again.
Excellent quality clothing, good sale prices
I just bought some stuff on sale and got an extra 50% off. The clothes were really good quality and the prices were great. But man, the customer service was a total letdown.
Sweater return issue
Don't even think about ordering stuff from this company online! I've been dealing with a massive headache trying to return a sweater. I explained why I didn't want it, but they never bothered to get back to me. I've sent a bunch of emails, but it's like they don't even care. So aggravating and not cool.
In-store pickup gift
The customer service at this store is terrible. I've tried everything to get in touch - called, emailed, messaged on Facebook - but haven't heard back at all. It's like their customer service team is non-existent. I bought a gift to pick up in-store, but it's been 10 whole days and still no item or communication. This is so frustrating and just not okay. I really suggest not dealing with this company.
Clothing
I just bought something from Bench, and man, their customer service was a huge letdown. I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. And when I tried to return an item, they made it so difficult that I couldn't even get a refund.
Clothing items purchased, payment issue
I bought some clothes not too long ago, but ran into a problem when I tried to return them. I used PayPal to pay for my order, but when I wanted a refund, Bench wouldn't give me my money back. They're trying to give me a gift card instead, which I really don't want. Now I'm reaching out to PayPal to help me fix this because I really don't want anything more to do with this company.
Coat purchase, needed exchange
I got this awesome coat online, but when it arrived, it was too small. Had to send it back and get a larger size. But guess what? Instead of giving me my money back like they promised on their website, they only gave me store credit! So now I’m pretty much forced to buy from them again. Ugh.
Basic t-shirt
I just bought a plain ol' t-shirt from this one store, and dang, let me tell you, I was really let down by their customer service. The folks working there didn't seem to care one bit and didn't even bother to help me out when I needed some advice on sizing. It was like pulling teeth just to get a little bit of help. I definitely won't be going back there anytime soon.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to return something at that store recently. Hoodie purchase for Christmas gift
I bought a hoodie online as a Christmas gift, but I was bummed when I found out they don't deliver to P.O. boxes, which I didn't know when I ordered. It's been 6 weeks since I sent the item back, and they still haven't processed the return. I used PayPal to pay, so now I gotta turn to them for help. This whole thing has been pretty aggravating, and I was hoping for better customer service.
