    Bergdorf Goodman: A Solid, but Unremarkable Shopping Experience

    I recently had the opportunity to shop with Bergdorf Goodman and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. While I didn't get a chance to visit one of their physical stores, I was able to easily browse and shop their selection online.

    The website was user-friendly and had a great selection of high-end designers and brands. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the checkout process was smooth and hassle-free.

    I was also impressed with the level of customer service I received. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and professional.

    Overall, I had a positive experience with Bergdorf Goodman. While the prices may be a bit steep for some items, the quality and selection make it worth it in my opinion. I will definitely consider shopping with them again in the future.

    Golden Goose sneakers

    I was kinda skeptical about buying from BG because of all the bad reviews, but I really had my heart set on those Golden Goose sneakers. Surprisingly, my experience turned out pretty good. Ordering was easy peasy and I got my shoes no problem. The only hiccup was that they came a little late, but not a big deal for me. All in all, I'd definitely think about shopping here again for those rare finds.

    I just bought some stuff from their clearance sale and man, it was amazing! The deals were crazy good, like 70% off on designer items.     Recent cancelled order due to incorrect pricing

    I just had a purchase canceled at this fancy department store because they had the wrong price on the item. I spent hours trying to fix it with my payment, only to find out it was their mistake. It seems like they were trying to bait and switch me, and even though they said sorry, I won't be shopping there again. There are lots of other stores that sell the same stuff without playing tricks like that.

    Expensive shoes purchased

    I was really looking forward to going to Bergdorf Goodman, but boy was I let down. They messed up my order by sending the wrong shoes, and don't even get me started on the customer service - it was a disaster. I had to fight for a refund and just when I thought it was all done, I saw the same charge on my credit card months later. When I called to sort it out, they gave me some lame excuse about the shoes. It's obvious they're messing around and you shouldn't trust them. My advice? Stay away from this sketchy store.

    Balmain blazer

    I ordered this really fancy blazer, but when it arrived, it was all messed up in a busted box with no wrapping or protection at all. I've received cheaper items that were packed way better from other places, so I'm pretty disappointed that BG didn't take better care of my expensive designer jacket. Ugh, I'm definitely not shopping here again and I'm going to warn all my friends to steer clear too. I could have saved money and had a better experience somewhere else for sure!

    Handbag purchase

    I recently had a bad experience with Bergdorf Goodman. I bought a handbag for my wife, but they sent the wrong one. I did what they said and sent back the wrong bag the same day I got it. But even though they got the bag back on November 15th, I still haven't gotten my money back as of December 13th. I've contacted customer service a bunch of times by email, but I haven't gotten a good answer. This whole thing has made me really frustrated and unhappy with their service.

    I just bought a tote bag from this website, and I'm starting to think it might be shady. The prices were amazing, but when I tried to talk to customer service, I couldn't even get a real person on the phone. They said my item was on backorder and suggested I wait instead of canceling for a refund. It just doesn't feel legit to me.

    New Jeans

    I recently picked up some new jeans and I'm really into them. I found them at this fancy store in the city when I was out shopping with my mom. It was such a good time! But then my mom had to call the store and it felt like she was talking to a robot or something. The lady on the phone didn't even make an effort to help and was super rude. My mom just had a simple question about her order, but the lady was about as helpful as a grumpy cat. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

    Order cancellations, misleading availability

    This place is a disaster. I have no idea what kind of operation they are running, but it's amateur hour for sure. I've tried placing orders several times, only to have them canceled even when the items are supposedly in stock. It feels like they are messing with us on purpose. And let me tell you, the lack of communication and customer service is just non-existent. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to avoid the headache.

    I gotta tell you, dealing with this store was a total nightmare for me. The service was terrible, ordering stuff was a mess, and don't even get me started on their prices. I bought a dress and shoes there and immediately regretted it as soon as I clicked that checkout button. It was a complete disaster. The ordering process was so confusing and frustrating, the customer service was a total joke, and the prices were just way too high. And to make matters worse, my delivery ended up being delayed by weeks. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This place is a total joke.

    $300 perfume

    The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered this $300 perfume over a month ago and still haven't received it. They kept giving me new delivery dates, but they all came and went with no package in sight. When I called to ask for an update, they couldn't tell me when I might actually get it. And don't even get me started on their return policy - I sent back an $80 product because it didn't look like what I expected, used the label they provided, and they still haven't refunded me. The people I spoke to were so rude, like seriously, is this what you call luxury service?

    Gift for girlfriend

    I bought a gift for my girlfriend at the store and planned to pick it up in person. The whole gift-giving situation got completely messed up by the terrible customer service there. I gave my girlfriend's name, email, and phone number, but somehow she still got an email a week later that spilled all the beans - the item, price, and my gift note. So much for the surprise! On top of that, when she went to grab the gift, they insisted on seeing my ID, even though she had all the info in the email. The way the staff treated her was just plain rude and unacceptable. I was super let down by the whole thing and definitely won't be going back to that store.

    Overpriced candle gift

    I'm really upset about my experience at that fancy retail shop. I bought a $300 candle as a gift, and now I keep getting tons of annoying spam emails even though I tried to unsubscribe many times. It's just not working, and I'm so frustrated and wish I never bought that candle.
