    I just got myself a laptop from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how it all went down. The customer service was top-notch and the prices didn't break the bank. What's cool is that I didn't feel like they were trying to push anything on me, which is a welcome switch-up from other places I've shopped at. The staff knew their stuff and helped me get exactly what I needed. I'd definitely suggest checking out this spot for any electronics you need.

    TV antenna purchase

    I got a new TV antenna from Best Buy and I asked them to come out and install it. Can you believe they said they don't do house calls anymore? I was really let down because they've helped me out before with my printer and TV. Now I'm left with this antenna, I'm 80 years old, and I always seem to goof up tech stuff. I guess I'll have to bring it back and find someone else to lend a hand.

    the best buy lets you have the greatest offers of all the time. I never have to go anywhere else after best buy to see whether I can get more offers. Lowest price to get for any sort of purchases.

    My time at Best Buy was a huge letdown. I bought a laptop there not long ago, and the customer service was pretty disappointing. When I ran into a problem with the laptop, the staff wasn't very helpful at all. They didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling and couldn't offer me a decent solution. It felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously, and I walked out of there feeling annoyed and unsatisfied.

    I ordered 2 hard drives, got the 1st one with no issues but the 2nd one was a total mess. UPS couldn't drop it off because Best Buy messed up our address on the label – only half of it was there. Spent an hour on the phone with a rep who could barely speak English, they said they fixed it but UPS never got the update. Tried to change my address in my account but no luck. Not dealing with Best Buy again.

    So, I came across this ad online that was like, you can get a sweet discount on a new computer monitor if you trade in your old one. I was all excited, like heck yeah! So I brought in my old monitor to the store, but guess what? They didn't give me the discount like they promised! To top it off, they even wanted to charge me a fee to take my old monitor. Talk about a rip-off! I'm definitely not going back to that place. Just a complete waste of my time and energy.

    Laptop for online interview

    I needed to get a new laptop for an upcoming online interview, so I went down to the store in Regina. Turns out, they didn't have the specific laptop I was looking for on hand, so I decided to have it sent to my mailbox. But then, I found out that they couldn't actually deliver laptops to PO boxes, which they didn't tell me about from the get-go. That really set me back and I ended up missing my interview deadline. Dealing with customer service was no help either, as they couldn't sort out the problem quickly. Overall, it was a super frustrating and disappointing experience.

    I bought a mower kit from Best Buy not too long ago, and to my dismay, it was missing a crucial part - the charger and battery were AWOL. I got in touch with customer service for help, only to be told that they couldn't do anything since it was past the return window. I had just opened the package and hadn't even used the darn thing, but I was stuck with a useless product. The way they handled this situation is just not right, and I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at Best Buy if they care about getting good customer service and quality products.

    My experience with Best Buy was not great. I ordered a TV online and was supposed to pick it up in 3 days, but when I tried calling the store, I got redirected to some call center in Asia. I eventually decided to drive 3 hours to the store only to find out my TV wasn't there. It was frustrating and a waste of time and money due to their lack of communication and coordination.

    New laptop for business

    I just got a new laptop from the store and I was really excited to use it for my business. But you know what? It's making these super loud noises! I called all the Best Buy numbers and they were all outsourced, not cool at all! The store I used to really like has really gone downhill. If you're a business owner, I suggest avoiding this place if you want to keep your business running smoothly. I would give them a zero-star rating if I could!

    Keyboard repair service

    My experience at the store was terrible. All I needed was a simple fix for my keyboard, but instead, they convinced me to buy a security plan I didn't want. I had trouble with my payment, the staff wasn't helpful, and I wasted hours on the phone trying to fix it. When I tried to cancel the repair and the plan, they threatened to shut down my computer and were rude. The conversation got even worse with inappropriate questions and unprofessional behavior. Now I feel uneasy and unsure about my personal information's security. I plan to contact them tomorrow to talk about these problems.

    So, I got this new computer from Best Buy, right? But when I got home, it wasn't new at all! It already had someone's name and email set up in it. I was hoping for a fresh start, but instead, I had someone else's old stuff. So, I took it back to the store, and they tried to tell me they didn't sell it to me like that. But, I mean, c'mon, why wasn't it cleaned up before they sold it to me? Not cool, Best Buy.
