Pants
I recently bought a pair of pants from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how good they are. They fit me great, feel really well-made, and are super comfy to wear. I've been wearing them to work all the time since I have four pairs and they've become my favorite choice. The only downside I've noticed is that it can take a while for them to arrive after ordering. I've learned to just order them and forget about it, since it usually takes about a month or two for them to get to me. Sometimes they come in sooner, but mostly it's a bit of a wait. If you need something quick, this might not be the best choice for you. I also tried some of their jackets and tops, but I found the arms were a bit too small for me. For now, I'm gonna stick with the pants since they're the most comfy and fit me the best.
Recent order feedback
I've been shopping with this company for a few years now and I've always had good experiences. The products are top-notch and the prices are fair for the quality. But my last order took longer than I thought it would and I had to contact them a few times to check on it. Even with the delay, when the product finally arrived it was just as good as I expected from them.
Long yoga dress pants
The yoga dress pants from this company are amazing. I've been buying them for years because they fit so well and the fabric is top-notch. It's really tough to find extra-long yoga dress pants like these anywhere else. The only drawback is that sometimes they take a while to ship because they don't always have a lot in stock. Just be patient when you order!
Recent denim pants purchase
I recently bought a pair of denim pants from this website. I was pretty bummed because the delivery took forever, and when the pants finally showed up, they had distressing that wasn't mentioned in the description. The website doesn't have captions for visually impaired people, so it was hard to see those little details in the product pics. I wanted to exchange them for a different color that wasn't distressed, but they said they'd take $7 out of my refund. Turns out, they actually took out $16.20 without explaining why. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful at all - they just copied and pasted their return policy and closed my case. All in all, my experience with Betabrand was a letdown.

In 2023, I ordered two things from this company and had some problems. One of the items I got looked like it had been returned before because I found a note from the person who had it before me in the package. The website said it was a 'last chance' item, so they wouldn't give me my money back. The other item I got was too long even though I ordered the right size. It was annoying because it didn't fit me right. Overall, I wasn't too happy with my experience with this company.
Multiple sale items
I recently bought some stuff on sale, but man, it was a letdown. The things I ordered never showed up, and when I reached out for help, it was a pain to get my money back. I had to send a bunch of emails and wait forever to finally get a refund. It really turned me off from ordering again, but I decided to give them another shot. It's been a month since I ordered again, and my stuff still hasn't shipped. This kind of wait is just not cool and says a lot about how they do business. Despite their cool denim, I can't say I'd recommend this brand because of all the shipping and customer service problems.
Pre-order placed
I just ordered something from this company, and I really wish I had checked out the reviews first. The website didn't make it clear that the item was a pre-order that wouldn't ship until October. When I got in touch with the company, they first told me my order would ship on time, but it didn't. Then, after talking to them again, they told me about big delays and said they could cancel my order, but they couldn't guarantee it. Dealing with all of this has been so annoying and disappointing.
Overpriced garbage
I really thought Betabrand was a reputable company, but man, was I way off. The stuff I got from them was just terrible quality, definitely not worth the big bucks I shelled out. And forget about customer service, it's like they don't even exist - never got a response to any of my emails or messages. I feel like I got totally ripped off, definitely won't be giving them another chance.
Bought cool pants
I ordered these super cool pants like forever ago and they still haven't shown up! It's been, like, 4 months and I'm still waiting. Every time I reached out, they keep saying there are issues with making them. I did get my money back, but it just seems shady, ya know? So many others had the same issue. It's disappointing 'cause I was really looking forward to getting those pants.

Oh my gosh, I was super pumped to get my hands on some new clothes from this store, but man, the wait was endless! I swear, I could have aged a couple years just waiting for them to finally ship my order. And don't even get me started on the prices, they were way too steep for what I actually received. But I gotta say, the clothes are pretty adorable once they finally arrive.

I've actually ordered pants from this company twice now, and both times it's been a mess with the delivery taking forever. The first time was back in June, and come August, still no sign of those pants. They blamed shipping delays, but after waiting so long, I just had to call it quits and cancel the order. I thought, okay, maybe give 'em another shot, so I ordered another pair in mid-August. But guess what? Five weeks passed and still no pants in sight, so I had to cancel that order too. It's a real bummer because I used to really like this company and their stuff, but now they're coming off as unreliable.
Shorts purchase
I recently bought a pair of shorts from this company, and I gotta say, I am super disappointed with the whole thing. Ever since I ordered them, it's been a total nightmare. It's been months now, and I still haven't gotten my order. Every time I reach out to customer service to ask about it, all I get are excuses and no real answers. It seems like they're avoiding the problem and not owning up to their poor communication and slow service. This whole situation has really turned me off, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
3 pants order
I ordered three pairs of pants what feels like forever ago and they still haven't shown up at my door. I tried reaching out to them and all they told me was they didn't know when my stuff would arrive. Can you believe that? They didn't even bother to keep me in the loop with updates. All they did was take my money and disappear. I was furious and demanded a refund, and can you believe they had the nerve to say it needed approval first? It's ridiculous, right?! This is such a shady way to handle business, I swear I'll never order from them again.
