Great experience at Bikebandit
There is man there named Mr Diaz, Jr. turned a really unsatisfactory experience around and was astonishingly insightful the whole way through. I had a package from Bike Bandit stolen off my porch. After making a police report and a claim with UPS, I contacted Bike Bandit to let them know and to see if anything else could be done. Fernando was super kind and helpful start to finish. He examined all of the available resources to find the best solution for me and I can't be happier. Thanks so much, will I I am planning to order more stuff soon from here.. also they are world’s largest source for Power sports parts, accessories and apparel.. so that's seem very fair to thier website and availiblity.

1974 Suzuki ts250 parts
Like so many others, placed an order, they charged my card, I only ordered items that stated they were “in stock”. Got an email days later stating 2 items were actually not in stock and that I would be refunded. Ok. Waited a little longer and ended up calling a couple weeks later to inquire about my refund and when I would receive my other parts. At that time I was told there was another part that wasn’t in stock! Ugh. Ok. So it took 2 weeks to get my parts and the parts they didn’t have in stock I have yet to see a refund. I’ve called multiple times to discuss this issue only to be met by very rude and unhelpful staff that said they have no contact information for their billing department so they can’t transfer me and don’t have a phone number I can call to see where MY money is.
To resolve I ended up calling my credit card company to open a dispute for items I never received and was given a refund within 12 hours.
This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. I don’t even know how they stay in business. The Better Business Bureau grade for bike bandit.com as of today is an “F”. There have been over 231 complaints made.plastics
Garbage company!
just some run of the mill con men.
sending duplicate orders that only they have information on, while you are stuck with only one . tried to say that duplicate orders dont creat duplicate charges on bank statements and that they used the difference in first order to pay for the other orders.
...!Front bumper was not even in stock.
They took my money and part was not even in stock. It's been 20 days still no refund. This place is a joke.
Parts
Ordered parts, half order was unavailable, week later order was delayed, week later delayed again. Canceled order and took 1month to get refund. Made multiple calls to company with no help just “it’s being processed”. Threatened to have my bank go after them to get my money back. 2 days money was returned. Will not deal with them again. Strongly suggest dealing with other vendors. Won’t let me give one start or I would.
Set of four ATV wheels
Ordered 4 wheels for my ATV, on Monday I got an email saying they've been shipped. Later that day I got an email saying they only had three and the wheels have been discontinued. When I called and asked wth an I supposed to do with 3 wheels I was given a very nasty attitude by customer service saying it was my fault for ordering on the weekend. Really? Anyway I spent 7 hours looking for another wheel to match and paid double for it once I found it on eBay. Seems like if they knew they were discontinued they would have asked if I still wanted the three before shipping. I was charged for four Wheels and I still haven't been refunded the extra wheel I paid for and never got. I'll never buy anything else from these rude scammers!

Do not purchase from this company I repeat avoid like a plague they will take your money I Ordered parts close to $500 worth they immediately took my money and sent me a email stating 2 of the parts was discontinued and I would be issued a refund after numerous emails and phone calls I finally received a email after a month stating they are having billing issues and I should recieve a update on my refund in a few days well weeks later and more emails and calls with no response today finally got a answer only for the guy to say there is nothing he can do but email billing when asked to be transferred to billing he states they dont have phones and respond to strictly emails he states they have been doing it this way for 20+ years then proceeded to get rude with me and stated he had other caller to deal with and hung up I was not rude or load just slightly fustrated wanting to know about my refund this company is a joke avoid doing business with them like the plague
OEM engine parts
I waited five month of shipping the parts and finally cancelled the order. They never refund my payment and I had to do reclamation to credit company to get refund.
