Navy cord cap purchase
I just bought a navy corduroy hat and had a few questions about shipping once I placed my order. The hat is awesome and showed up really fast. I was happy with how fast they got back to me with answers to my questions and just the service in general. I'm really happy with my purchase and would totally suggest this place to others.
My new clothes
I just got some new clothes from here and let me tell you, they are so cool! The styles are amazing and the quality is top-notch. I'm absolutely loving everything I got from here, it's definitely my new go-to spot for shopping for clothes!
Mystery box purchase
Just found this place and thought I'd give their mystery box a try. The shirts are super comfy, way better than I expected! I'd definitely suggest checking it out if you're up for something different.
Limited edition clothing items
I was really let down by my first time shopping at this place. I bought some cool limited edition clothes, but the package got lost in the mail. And on top of that, I didn't even get an apology or any offer for a discount in the future for all the trouble. It took a whole month before they finally gave me a refund, since the stuff I ordered was all gone. It was a pretty bad experience that makes me not want to shop there again.
Incorrect size sent multiple times
I bought something from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, I had a lot of trouble with my order. They sent me the wrong size not once, not twice, but three times before finally getting it right. It was a big hassle and now I'm not so sure about buying from them again.
Travel clothing for upcoming trip
I just bought some travel clothes for an upcoming trip and was expecting them to be shipped out quickly like it said on the website. But, even though it was supposed to ship within a certain time frame, my order didn't actually get shipped until 6 days later. This delay really inconvenienced me because I need those clothes by a specific date for my trip.
T-shirt with good designs
The t-shirt I bought wasn't as good as I expected for the price I paid, but the designs were really cool. It was a letdown that the quality didn't match how nice it looked.
When my t-shirt didn't show up on time, the customer service let me down. I was confused and annoyed by the lack of clear communication about where my order was.
I was surprised to find out I had to pay a customs fee to get the t-shirt in the UK. I get that sometimes it's necessary, but I wish they had told me that before I ordered.
If they can up their product quality and keep the prices the same, I might order from them again. But they really need to fix their customer service and make extra fees more transparent.
