    Cleaning wand for steam cleaner

    I bought a new cleaning wand for my steam cleaner, but my package got swiped off my porch. I called customer service to let them know what happened and was ready to buy a replacement, but they took over and ordered a new one for me right away. They even set it up to be sent to a nearby locker for me to grab safely. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful Bissell was in handling the situation. The person I talked to on the phone was super polite and efficient, offering top-notch service that went above and beyond what I expected. Huge shoutout to Bissell for taking care of the problem quickly and with so much kindness.

    Lightweight vacuum cleaner

    I just got this really awesome lightweight vacuum cleaner for my house. It's pretty cool, but it's tough for me to switch out the attachments because of my arthritis. I wish there was a simpler way to do it. Also, I could really use a better attachment for carpets since it doesn't do a great job picking up hair.

    I recently bought a Bissel product for $499, and they had a cashback offer of $80. I did everything they asked for, filled out all the forms correctly. Even though they initially rejected my cashback offer twice, I finally got confirmation that it was approved and we were supposed to get our $80 back in a certain amount of time. But it's been 4 months now and we haven't seen a penny. I'm really disappointed! This company isn't sticking to their own rules for the promotion. I bought two Bissel products which are great and work fine, but their customer service and cashback promises have been a mess. I've sent all our emails to the consumer association and a consumer awareness program, hoping they'll do something about it. I'm just not a happy customer!

    Remanufactured carpet cleaner

    I recently bought a refurbished carpet cleaner from this company and man, was I let down by the product and the way they handled my concerns. The first time I tried using it, water was leaking everywhere from the clean water tank. When I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, they hit me with some bad news - apparently, I voided the warranty by mentioning I would be using it to clean furniture in a rental cabin. They considered that commercial use, which was news to me. I tried to explain that I couldn't even get the thing to work properly due to the leak, but they wouldn't hear it. Instead of helping me out, the person on the phone just kept regurgitating company policy and suggested I shell out $20 for a replacement tank. Talk about frustrating! That whole experience really rubbed me the wrong way. Lesson learned, I won't be buying from them again.

    Broken product under warranty

    My product was all messed up and couldn't be fixed, but the customer service team let me know what was going on and said they'd send me a brand-new one. They didn't have the original in stock anymore, so they hooked me up with a fancier model at no extra cost. Awesome customer service and a pleasant surprise!

    Vacuum cleaner purchase

    The customer service over at that place is just completely awful. I had to send in my vacuum cleaner for repair and ended up waiting for weeks just to get it back. And when it finally did show up, it was all dirty. I reached out to customer service again, telling them that I had sent in a nice and clean machine with a practically brand new filter. But then, two weeks later, they hit me up asking for photos as proof. By that point, I had already cleaned and started using the machine again. How on earth am I supposed to show them pictures now that it's all cleaned up? It's just ridiculous.

    Vacuum cleaner foot replacement

    I've been waiting on a replacement foot for my vacuum for 3 months because of a warranty problem. They keep saying it's on order but out of stock, and I haven't gotten any updates on when it'll come. I offered to return it and pay for an upgrade, but they said no. So my vacuum has just been gathering dust on my wall. I'm thinking of getting a new one from a different brand and selling this one since they're not helping.

    Vacuum cleaner

    I just bought a vacuum cleaner, but man, the customer service was terrible. The one they sent me after repairs was not in good shape. The hose for sucking stuff up was way smaller, plus there was tape all over the handle. I reached out to customer service to fix it, and they told me to send it back for another look. Even after telling them what was wrong, they sent it back with the same small hose and the sticky tape that I had to clean off with acetone, leaving it all shiny and weird colored. The customer service folks really dropped the ball on this one.

    Robot vacuum cleaner R5

    I bought the R5 robot vacuum cleaner last summer, but it's been a real headache. I've had to send it back to the factory three times for the same problems. Each time, they swap it out for a new one. The first robot I got started leaking water, never connected right, and then started making weird noises, so I had to return it to the store after three months. Then they gave me a different model. The second robot couldn't even connect to the app and just conked out after a month. The third one seemed fine at first, but eventually had the same connection issues and wouldn't start up. Good thing I got the extended warranty, because I've already been through three robots in less than a year! The whole process of sending them back for repairs takes forever, so I finally gave up and got a Rowenta, which has been solid for the past six months. Rowenta all the way!

    Revolution Hydrosteam Purchase

    I bought the Revolution Hydrosteam back in January 2024 and man, it's been quite a letdown. Only used it for 13 days and already the water won't come out of the main head and the suction is completely gone. I tried everything to fix it, spent hours looking for solutions on their website and even did some Google searches. But nothing worked, so I had to give up and reach out to customer service for help.

    Broken vacuum after 6 months

    The vacuum I bought crapped out on me after less than 6 months on the highest setting. I brought it back to customer service, but even after 10 days in the shop, it still didn't work right. And honestly, it never even sucked up stuff that well to begin with. Went back to my trusty old Dyson in the end.

    I ordered a vacuum cleaner online and man, it's been a nightmare. It's been over a month and that thing still hasn't showed up at my door. I reached out to the company a bunch of times, but every time it's just excuses, no real answers. They keep telling me they'll look into it and follow up, but they never do. Seems like they couldn't care less about us customers. And let's not even talk about them signing off their emails with 'customer service' - what a joke.

    Cordless vacuum cleaner

    I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner back in October 2021 and it needed repairs within 2 months. The vacuum needed two new batteries under warranty. Just 2 days after the warranty expired in October 2023, the battery died again. We took it back to the store where we bought it, and they sent it to the company for repairs as a gesture of goodwill. It's been since the end of October and I still don't have my vacuum back, it's been 4 months of waiting! The store can't give me any updates, so I decided to call customer service myself. They wouldn't give me any information without a repair order number. Even after giving the order number in a second call, they still wouldn't update me. What a nightmare! Expensive products, bad quality, always breaking down, unfriendly customer service, and just an all-around terrible experience. Never again!
