Excellent Website, Customer Service, and Delivery
I have been a customer of Bizchair for a while now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their services. From their website to their customer service, everything has been top-notch. The website is user-friendly and makes it very easy to find what I am looking for. The product descriptions are detailed and the images provide a good representation of the items.
When I had a question about a product, I reached out to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and friendly the representative was. They answered all of my questions and even provided additional information that I hadn't thought to ask about. I was able to make my purchase with confidence, knowing that I was well-informed.
The delivery process was also seamless. The items arrived at my doorstep on time and in perfect condition. I have ordered several items from Bizchair and have never had any issues with the delivery process.

I just bought a couch and two chairs from this company for $1,900. When the delivery got here, they couldn't help me unload the stuff because I don't have a loading ramp or forklift. It put me in a tough spot trying to get everything inside by myself.
Three damaged chairs
I ordered three chairs for our church from Bizchair and sadly, all three came damaged. They were all the way at the bottom of the stacks, so we had to go through each one after unloading the pallet. It was really annoying and took up a lot of time to unwrap each chair just to see them in bad shape. Bizchair shouldn't make customers go through all this trouble to check for damages.
Set of 6 chairs
I ordered 6 chairs from Bizchair and got them in two shipments. The first one was all good, but the second was missing some hardware. So I called customer support, they said they'd fix it. But then a week later, got an email from another company asking for all the order details Bizchair already had. It was so annoying! Ended up having to go to Home Depot to get the missing hardware myself.
