    Fixed shipment issue

    I had a little issue with my first shipment getting delayed or lost, but let me tell you, the customer service at this place is amazing. I reached out to them and in just one day, they got back to me with options for a refund, store credit, or resending the order. I chose to have it resent, and they didn't waste any time getting that taken care of. I got an email about the new shipment the very next day. I have to say, I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with the problem. I was so happy with their help that I told my friend about them, and they made some orders too and had a great experience. It's always nice to find a company that knows how to treat their customers right. I'll definitely be sharing the good news about them.

    EDC knife

    I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Blade HQ. I bought an EDC knife, but messed up my order. I got an email saying my stuff was ready to be shipped, but I needed to fix it. I contacted customer service and Sharon really came through. She found my order, stopped it from going out, and even canceled and refunded it so I could do it right. And get this – she did it all on a Saturday during Easter weekend. Sharon's quick thinking and awesome service totally saved me. It's not every day you find someone so dedicated. Huge thanks to Sharon and the whole Blade HQ crew for being amazing!

    Fixed blade knife with sheath

    My fixed blade knife came with a sheath that just wouldn't stay put. So, I contacted customer service and talked to Wendy. She was really quick, helpful, and nice, and she hooked me up with a credit for the knife. Also, there was a little mark on the handle of my KaBar knife, and Wendy went ahead and gave me a credit for that, too. I can't thank Blade HQ and Wendy enough for their excellent customer service. Wendy really went out of her way to help me out. Huge thanks to Wendy and Blade HQ!

    I just wanted to figure out why the shipping costs on the website didn't match up with my order. I sent an email in the evening and was surprised to get a response the next day. The explanation they gave me was really clear and helpful, and I was glad they got back to me so quickly. It showed me that they care about customer questions and make an effort to respond fast.     I finally got my new knife after waiting forever for it to arrive, and when I opened the package, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. It looked like it might have been broken or messed up.     Fast resolution of shipping concerns

    I was kind of hesitant about splurging on the 3-day shipping, but Sharon really came through and answered all my questions right away. The customer service at this place is amazing, I was really blown away by how professional they were. I'll definitely be a returning customer for all my blade needs.
