Mediocre experience with Blenders Eyewear
I've had my fair share of experiences with Blenders Eyewear. In short, they make some pretty solid sunglasses, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve.
First, let's talk about the positives. The sunglasses themselves are well-made and durable. I've had mine for over a year now and they still look like new. The lenses are also of good quality and provide good protection from the sun.
The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of styles to choose from. They also have a good return policy, which is always a plus.
Now, onto the negatives. The pricing is a bit on the high side, especially when compared to other online retailers. They also could improve on the shipping speed. I've had to wait quite a while for my orders to arrive.
Another thing is that they don't have any physical store, which can be a downside if you want to try on the glasses before you buy them.
Overall, I would recommend Blenders Eyewear to someone looking for a quality pair of sunglasses. Just be prepared to pay a bit more and wait a little longer for them to arrive.Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from this company, which I had done before with no problems. But this time, I got one right pair and one wrong pair. I tried to call customer service, but couldn't get through, so I sent an email to their support team. While waiting for a response, I checked out some reviews online and saw some negative feedback from others in the same boat. I thought I was out of luck.<br><br>Luckily, that wasn't true. The company quickly responded to my email, said sorry for the mistake, offered to replace the wrong pair, and even gave me a voucher for their store. They even went the extra mile by sending me the correct pair by 2nd day air, which I just got. The service I got was top-notch, and I am totally happy with how they handled everything. Even though they're getting more popular and might be super busy, they made sure to take care of me. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
Eclipse sunglasses
I gotta be real, I was kinda let down by the sunglasses I got from Blenders Eyewear. Don't get me wrong, the designs were cool and I really dug my Eclipse shades, but the quality just didn't stack up to what I was hoping for. I would've been willing to drop some extra cash for better quality, ya know? And returning them was a bit of a pain too, the link wouldn't work so I had to reach out to support. But, shoutout to the customer service team for coming through with a quick response in just 15 minutes.
Future Ruler cycling sunglasses
I just got a new pair of cycling sunglasses called Future Ruler from this company, and they are awesome! These sunglasses are well-built, look cool, and give me great visibility. I wore them last weekend and they were perfect. Compared to fancier brands like Oakley or Maui Jim's, these sunglasses are totally worth it. They were affordable and arrived super quickly. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here again.
Breakable sunglasses
I got these sunglasses and they broke when I was opening them. I was really bummed out about it. To make things worse, I paid extra for fast shipping and it was a total letdown. When I reached out for help, nothing! I've sent emails and made calls but I haven't gotten any responses. I'm so disappointed about the sunglasses and the lack of customer support. It's just not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Purchased sunglasses in September, expecting delivery in December
I bought some sunglasses back in September, thinking they'd arrive in December. But guess what? They never showed up. And on top of that, the company wouldn't give me my money back. Then, the real cherry on top – instead of my sunglasses, they sent me a useless eyeglass cleaner that couldn't even clean properly. Let's just say, this whole ordeal was a nightmare. Trust me, don't do business with them.
Sunglasses
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this company, but man, they were a major letdown. The sunglasses looked nothing like the ones they showed in the ads, and the quality of the material was terrible. When I put them on for the first time, the hinges rotated three times and then just stopped working completely. And even though I made sure they were fully charged, they only lasted a measly two minutes. Needless to say, I was super bummed out and ended up tossing them in the trash.
Pink sunglasses with a blue lens
These sunglasses were supposed to be pink with a blue lens, but they sent me the wrong ones! I tried to call them for a week but was on hold for like forever. They wouldn't even give me my money back until I sent back the wrong glasses. Zero stars!
Sunglasses purchase during sale
I just bought some sunglasses on sale, but then they turned around and refunded my order a few days later for no reason! I tried reaching out to customer service to find out what was going on, but nobody ever got back to me. It seems like the company might have just been using the sale to draw people in without actually planning on honoring the discount.
Oversized sunglasses
Definitely don't bother ordering from that company. I bought these huge sunglasses and got sent a totally different style. I tried emailing, reaching out through their website, and even calling, but nothing. Super annoying to work hard for your money and not get what you wanted.
Wrong pair sent twice
I bought a pair of sunglasses from this company and they messed up my order not once, but twice. I tried contacting their customer service team several times, but still haven't heard back to fix the problem. It's been super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Sunglasses
I just bought some sunglasses from this store and man, let me tell ya, the customer service was just awful. The folks there were no help at all and seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. And get this, when I finally got the shades, I found out they were made in China which they didn't even mention in the description. It really got me hot under the collar, feeling like I was deceived. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there because of the lousy service and sketchy product descriptions.
Sunglasses and prescription glasses
I recently bought some sunglasses and regular prescription glasses from this company. I was initially attracted to their cool designs, but after about 8 months, the sunglasses started to peel and didn't hold up well. Still, I decided to give them another shot during their Black Friday sale. Sadly, it's been a month now since I made the purchase, and the sunglasses are nowhere to be found. They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times by email, but it's been impossible to get a useful response. I got one initial reply saying they forwarded my email to the right department and that I'd hear back soon. But it's been over a week now, and despite my follow-up emails, I haven't gotten any updates or help. It looks like I won't be getting my sunglasses at this point, which is disappointing. After this experience, I won't be buying from this company again.
Black Friday order
I bought some Christmas gifts on Black Friday and was hoping to get them before Christmas. But here we are on December 20th and I still haven't gotten anything I ordered. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back. I'm feeling really let down and annoyed with this whole situation. It feels like I got ripped off.

I just got these new polarized sunglasses from this company, but I gotta say, my whole experience was pretty disappointing. When I called, I got this automated message saying they were closed for Christmas, even though it was way after the holidays.
