Thanks for your lovely products Bluefin Keep maintaining qualities Cruise Carbon 15 delivered last month well on time Previous one get damaged badly and couldn't repaired due to safety reasons So better buy new one I can say this particular cruise paddleboard

My experience with Bluefin's exercise bike has been really positive. I got a great deal on the Bluefin Tour SP Exercise Bike, which is awesome considering the quality it offers. Setting it up was easy peasy, they even included all the tools I needed for assembly. The only hiccup I had was trying to connect the bike's Bluetooth to the app, but thankfully, the support team, especially Joe, was super helpful. He gave me clear instructions that fixed the problem right away. Thanks to him, I was able to use all the cool features on the app with no problems. Overall, I'm really happy with both the bike's quality and the amazing support from the Bluefin team.
Family-friendly SUP board
The family-friendly SUP board Cruise 10/8 I got from this store is hands down the best product out there in Germany. It totally went beyond what I was expecting in terms of quality and performance. I gotta say, even during the Easter break, the help I got from the folks there was top-notch. My only little recommendation would be to toss a copy of the bill in the package or in the last email for easy future access. But all in all, I'm super happy with my buy and the service I got from this shop.
Cruise paddle board purchase
I just got a Cruise paddle board and a changing robe from this company. Unfortunately, I messed up and got the wrong size - it turned out to be way too big for me. But when I reached out to customer support, they were amazing. They were super helpful, nice, and got back to me right away. They're sending me a replacement now and I'm excited to hit the water with my new board. Their customer service was really great and I'm happy with how everything turned out.
Stand-up paddleboard purchase with damaged seat
I just bought a stand-up paddleboard from this company, and the seat came in all messed up. But, I shot an email over to their customer service and they quickly sent me a new seat that was even nicer than the first one. I was pretty happy they didn't even make me send the messed up seat back. All in all, my experience with this company has been great, and I would definitely tell others to check them out.
Awesome boards and super helpful team
The boards at this place are really awesome and the team is super helpful. They answered all my questions before I bought my board and even helped me out afterwards. They were quick, professional, and always had a solution. Overall, they're a great team!
Standout sup purchase
I just got this awesome sup that totally blew me away. Ordering it was a breeze, no problems at all. It showed up right on time and in great shape, which was a nice surprise. I've tried a bunch of different sup brands before, but this one is on a whole other level. Kenzie, the customer service rep, was amazing and made the whole experience even better. I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more in the future.
SUP Board
I got this super cool SUP board and I've been loving it ever since last summer. It's amazing! Just last week, I thought I lost a little fin for it, so I went online and ordered a replacement. But turns out, I found it right next to my car, so I ended up canceling the order. The customer service team was really fast in getting back to me, canceling the order, and refunding my money. They were so friendly!
Paddleboard purchase
I bought a paddleboard from this store and I've been using it for more than 4 years now without any problems. But just the other day, the zipper on the bag that came with the paddleboard busted. So, I contacted the customer support folks. They were super quick to respond and hooked me up with a new bag for a good price. Gotta say, I'm totally happy with the product and the customer service they provided.
Carbon Cruise package purchase
I reached out to customer service with some questions about the Carbon Cruise package and they got back to me quickly with the answers I needed. The package showed up right on schedule, just like the tracking information said it would. I can't wait to take the board out on the water - it's even slicker in real life than it looked in those review videos I checked out.
Cruise Paddle Board
I got the Cruise paddle board sooner than I thought. Everything in the box was just like they said. The stuff is good quality and sturdy, plus they threw in a free gift. Had to reach out to customer service about the gift delivery, got a fast response and they answered my question right away. Awesome service all around, I'll definitely be using them again.
Bluefin Cruise SUP Package
It started leaking after only 18 months of hardly using it - pretty disappointing, huh? I had to report it for warranty because of the leaking problem with the inflate/deflate valve. I was planning on using it sooner, but moving and bad weather got in the way.
Replacement bag for item
I normally don't write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to Kenzie for their amazing customer service this time around. They sent me a replacement bag for my item without any hassle when the seam was damaged. The quality of the product looks really good as well. I couldn't be happier!
