Christmas experience
The Christmas experience at this place was just so magical, I can't even put it into words. From the beautiful light shows to all the fun activities for the kids in the park, it was truly amazing. And can we talk about how friendly and helpful the staff were? They really went above and beyond to make our visit special. I'm already counting down the days until I can come back next year and do it all again. The only downside was the issue with buggies blocking wheelchair access, but hey, sometimes things happen that are out of their control, right? Overall, the exceptional service from the staff and the enchanting atmosphere really made it a Christmas to remember.
Family-friendly resort experience
We stayed at this resort recently and it was kind of a mixed bag. The location was gorgeous and the resort itself looked really nice. But, our lodge had a few issues that were a bit annoying, even though they were small. The staff was super friendly and we liked the dining choices. There were a lot of things to do to keep us busy, but it seemed like the resort was mostly geared towards families with kids. The spa was a bit disappointing, with some things not working right and cleanliness problems. Even with a few things not going perfectly, we still had a good time during our stay.
Family getaway
My family and I just got back from staying at this resort, and let me tell you, we had an amazing time! The bang for your buck was spot on, with tons of things to do for all of us. Our lodge was roomy and cozy, but I do wish the kitchen had more stuff for a big family like ours. It's a good idea to bring bikes to make getting around the resort a breeze. Even though we got there late at night in the middle of a storm, checking in was easy peasy. Overall, I totally suggest this resort for a super fun family weekend. We'll definitely be coming back again in the future!
Family holiday accommodation
My family and I stayed at this place for a week recently, and it was a really positive experience. At first, we were bummed about the lack of buggies, but we were happy to learn that blue badge holders could bring their cars on site, which was super convenient for me, especially since I have mobility issues. The lodge was super clean and had everything we needed, like cozy beds and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The only downside was that there wasn't a shower, which would've been easier for people with disabilities who have trouble with baths.
Mid-week break
I had an amazing time during my mid-week break at this place. The spa experience was incredible and I highly recommend it to everyone. The food at the grill was absolutely delicious, and there was plenty of it, maybe just one side dish would have done. The accommodation was pretty good, although it was a little worn out in some places. The setting was gorgeous with tons of activities to keep us busy. Unfortunately, the complimentary WiFi was terrible, so we ended up having to purchase the premium option, which only allowed two devices. It was disappointing, especially since Costa Coffee has better WiFi. Additionally, there was no mobile reception in the village area. Despite these issues, there were some wonderful little walks to enjoy and the location in Pembrokeshire was truly fantastic.
Eco-friendly vacation spot
Bluestone is a great eco-friendly vacation spot if you're into chillin' in nature. I dig how they're all about savin' the environment with their bird, frog, and newt game, plus the staff is real cool. But, I'm a bit worried about all the construction goin' on 'round Bluestone, especially when I peep it from Oakwood theme park. It'd be awesome if they added more solar panels and made it easier for folks without wheels to get to the park.
Family break at a resort
I just got home from a family vacation at a resort. The staff there were super attentive, especially when it came to making sure everyone was safe at the pool. Renting a buggy was definitely a good move since our cabin was pretty far from all the action, but once we got there, the cabin was clean and cozy. It was in a nice, quiet spot within the resort.
Family vacation
My family and I had such a great time at this place! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The place itself was absolutely beautiful and our room was amazing. We're already looking forward to going back again next year!
Family vacation stay
The resort location is absolutely gorgeous, and there are tons of things to do for both kids and adults. The kids had a blast at the pool, but the snow dome could be better, and there weren't a lot of options for little ones. The spa was amazing, a real treat for relaxation. However, our lodge was not as clean as we hoped when we got there. The biggest bummer was that there was no bathroom door, which made for some awkward moments when someone walked in while someone was on the toilet. Plus, there weren't enough towels - just two in the whole lodge for a week-long visit, and no washing machine in sight.
