I recently bought a bunch of makeup stuff online - a skin tint, foundation, mascara, eyebrow pencil, eye cream. Then, I got a bonus freebie of mascara, face base, lipstick, and cleansing oil. Everything showed up super quick, like in less than a week, and honestly, I was impressed. The skin tint made my skin look flawless and natural, the foundation had great coverage but didn't feel heavy. The mascara made my lashes look long and full, and the eyebrow pencil really made my brows pop. The eye cream felt so refreshing and hydrating, it made my under-eye area look brighter and less puffy. And then, getting all those extra products for free was a nice little bonus. Overall, I'm super happy with everything and would totally recommend them to anyone.
THE PERFECT FOUNDATION !!!!!!
i got combination skin with bit of darker tone. This is the worst, because of oil around my T area makes me look darker and bit of not healthy.
I tried a few of the best foundations, recommended by people but the issue is the blending and the tone i have. So when i bought the foundation from here at a really affordable rate which surprised me

Because this is the perfect foundation for my skin!
I know lots of sites says that this is for combination skin but hardly i get the results. either they are dry or oily . No combination skin!!!

I recently bought two items from this brand's website, expecting to get a free gift set and some samples. But when my order came, there was no sign of those promised gifts. So I contacted customer service to ask about it, and I was not happy with their answer. They said I wasn't eligible for the promotion because I bought a "new" product. This was frustrating because I didn't buy any new items, and it wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions. The lack of transparency and misleading ads didn't sit well with me. Even though I like the products I got, the broken promises and bad customer service make me think twice about shopping from this brand directly in the future.
Over $100 purchase
I recently bought something online for over $100 because there was supposed to be a free gift included, but it never showed up. After a bunch of back-and-forth emails, customer service finally got back to me and told me I had to go pick it up myself. When I did, the free gift I was promised, a Christmas cracker, was nowhere to be found even though it was on my receipt. Customer service basically took forever to respond to me and then said the free gift wasn't available, even though it was advertised. It was super annoying and disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal customer for a long time. It's not cool to have such bad customer service and false advertising like that.
Recent online order
I bought something on the website and was really let down by the whole thing. It took forever for my order to even be shipped out, and when it finally got to me, some stuff was missing. The customer service also wasn't great - they just picked a replacement item without even asking me. It was pretty frustrating how they didn't keep me in the loop and how slow everything was. I think I'll try out different brands next time.
Lipstick and mascara
I tried hitting them up on WhatsApp but they weren't around. Then I saw there was an online chat option, but again, no luck. I even slid into their DMs on Facebook and Instagram, but got ghosted. Bummer, definitely not giving them my business again!
Makeup remover purchase
I just bought a makeup remover from this brand, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The product didn't live up to its promises at all - it was like using water to take off my makeup. I felt like I threw away my money on something that didn't work.
Returned order, no refund
I just returned something I bought online but didn't get my money back. The return process was a hassle and I couldn't show that I had actually returned the stuff. Now I'm stuck paying for things I don't even have anymore, and it's really annoying and disappointing.
Online makeup purchase
The website's ordering system is so frustrating. I put stuff in my cart and tried to use a discount code, but it said it wasn't valid and didn't tell me why. Then I had to talk to virtual support and they said I had to make an online account. So I did that, added stuff to my cart again, but there was no button to actually buy it. All it said was "home delivery" without a way to finish the purchase. I even put my address in my profile, but I still couldn't place the order. It was such a hassle and took forever.
Foundation purchase
I texted them on WhatsApp about this foundation I bought and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall! I requested a return label and they straight up said no, with the whole deal of me having to pay for shipping myself. How lame is that? The person on the other end was so unfriendly and made me feel dumb or something. I mean, come on, I'm the one spending money here! I'm definitely not making a purchase from them again. To top it off, I sent an email to customer service and didn't even get a reply. So rude!
Concealer and lip gloss
Oh my god, I went on this website to buy some concealer and lip gloss, right? And let me tell you, it was such a nightmare! I spent like two whole days trying to decide what I wanted, and just when I was ready to check out, the website crashed! Can you believe that? So then I tried to chat with someone for help, but I had to wait for two whole hours. And when they finally responded, it was like they weren't even paying attention to me! They were so unhelpful and acted so unprofessionally. Like, no thanks, I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Lipstick shade discontinuation
I've been a fan of this brand for years, especially their lipstick shade that I've been using for the past 17 years. Unfortunately, they recently stopped making my favorite shade because it was more popular in the UK than the US. The representative suggested a different shade as a replacement, but it was sold out and they told me to try finding it elsewhere. I searched everywhere, only to discover that the recommended shade had also been discontinued. Feeling annoyed, I ended up choosing a new shade that I really liked, but then found out it was discontinued too after buying just one tube. It's so frustrating as a customer to deal with all these discontinuations. It seems like the brand doesn't realize how attached customers can get to certain products, which makes it hard to keep supporting them when they're so unreliable.
Delayed delivery, poor customer service
What a complete nightmare ordering from this place online! I placed my order on 11/24 and didn't get my makeup until 12/19. The customer service was just awful - they were no help at all and impossible to contact. I tried to cancel my order but had no success. And on top of all that, when my package finally came, the free gift that was supposed to be included was missing! So disappointing. I'm definitely not buying from this website again. I can easily get the same makeup from other places, like Jones Street!
