I've been a customer of this company for years, and I've always been really impressed with their phone screen protectors. I've had to replace a few because of drops and scratches, but their protectors are so durable that I've never had to replace a phone screen. I recently had to use the lifetime warranty replacement process for my protective cover. The whole thing went pretty smoothly and the new cover got to me fast.
