My Experience with Boll & Branch
I am a long-time client of Boll & Branch and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. From the moment I first discovered their website, I was struck by the high quality of their products. The sheets and towels are incredibly soft and luxurious, and they always feel like they're new, even after multiple washes.
The customer service is also top-notch. Whenever I've had a question or concern, the team at Boll & Branch has been quick to respond and extremely helpful. They even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with a recent purchase.
One of the things I love most about Boll & Branch is their commitment to sustainability. All of their products are made from organic cotton and they have a very strict environmental policy. It's rare to find a company that puts so much effort into being environmentally friendly.

I got this waffle weave robe as a gift from a buddy, but it turned out to be too small. So, I decided to exchange it for a gift card. Then, when I used that gift card to buy some signature sheet sets, I had some trouble. The refund got put on the gift card first, then on my credit card, which meant the gift card didn't actually get used for my order. Customer service told me that's how they do things, so now I'm stuck with a gift card I can only use if I buy something and keep it without returning it. The signature sheet sets are okay, but nothing special. They look nice with their shiny sheen and pretty embroidery on the colorblock sheets, but the fabric isn't as soft as I hoped and it wrinkles easily. I've found better sheets somewhere else that don't wrinkle as much. If it weren't for the sneaky gift card rule, I'd probably rate these sheets higher.
Towels, sheets, pillows, and pjs
I gotta tell ya, the towels, sheets, pillows, and PJs I snagged from the store were seriously top-notch. They were exactly like they were described on the website. Man, I dropped some serious cash on other brands before stumbling upon Boll & Branch, but let me tell you, their stuff is on a whole different level. Not to mention, their customer service is top-notch too. I've been singing their praises to all my friends and family, and every single one of them has been just as happy with their purchases as I have been!
Sheets replacement
Recently, I had a rough time with sheets I got from this brand so I gave them a bad review with just one star. But then, their customer service team hit me up last week to fix the problem and they sent me new sheets. I was really happy they did that, especially since I was let down before. I picked this brand in the first place because of all the great reviews and good quality, so I'm glad to see they're stepping up their customer service game too. Midweight Down Duvet Insert
I recently bought a Midweight Down Duvet Insert from this company, thinking it would make my bedding feel more luxurious. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big letdown. The duvet insert showed up reeking like a chicken coop, and no matter how many times I tried to wash and air it out, that stench just won't quit. It's totally unusable. On top of that, the Percale Hemmed sheet set I got was a pain to deal with - couldn't get those wrinkles out no matter what I did. The only decent thing was the waffle duvet cover set, which felt pretty good overall. But I gotta say, the whole purchase was a total bust. I feel like I wasted a bunch of money on products that were supposed to be top-notch, but just didn't deliver. A real letdown.
Signature Hemmed Sheet Set
I just got the Signature Hemmed Sheet Set and was pretty stoked about it at first. But, after just two washes, I saw a snag in the top sheet. Looks like there's a problem with the fabric that could end up causing a tear. It's a bummer because I had high hopes for this sheet set, especially given the cost. I was hoping for better quality from this brand.
Duvet cover and pillowcases purchase
I bought a duvet cover and pillowcases last year, and at first, I was pretty satisfied with how they felt. But pretty soon, I realized that they wrinkled way too easily. Even though I always washed them in cold water like the care instructions said, the colors have become so faded after just a year of use. I'm super let down by this because I was hoping they would last longer, especially for how much I paid.
Bottom sheet ripped in one month
So, we got these sheets about a month ago, and they're already falling apart! Seriously, I can't believe it. We washed them twice on the gentle cycle and dried them on low heat, and now the bottom sheet looks like a cat went wild on it with its claws. There are all these little rips everywhere. I used a different brand for 3 years and never had this issue. It's really disappointing.
Sheets elastic issue
I bought some sheets from this company not too long ago, but I've been having some issues with them. The elastic on the fitted sheet started getting loose after just a few washes. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't able to give me a good solution. I'm pretty bummed out about the product quality and the lack of support I received from the company.
2 king size down pillows
I bought two king size down pillows and they were totally stinking up the whole room! The smell was just the worst, like a combo of goose poop and bad breath. We tried airing them out for months, but it didn't help. The new pillows I got were a little better, but still not great for me and the kids. Luckily, the feather bed I ordered was fine.
Recent sheet purchase
I recently bought a sheet set that was a huge disappointment. Even though I had a good experience with a previous purchase from this company, the quality of these recent sheets was surprisingly bad. After just two washes, the sheets got rough and started pilling, looking like something you'd find at a discount store. I was really let down and even checked to make sure I hadn't accidentally swapped them out with a different set. I can't honestly recommend these sheets to anyone looking for good bedding at a fair price. And to top it off, when I contacted customer service about the problem, I got no response. It was frustrating to be ignored after spending my own money on low-quality products. Eventually, customer service did get back to me and sent a replacement product. Hopefully, this new set will live up to the standards I originally had for this company.
Signature sheet set
I just bought the signature sheet set because I heard so many good things about top-rated sateen sheets. But man, was I let down! These sheets were definitely not what they claimed to be in terms of sateen finish. The big top sheet and fitted sheet were okay and fit my deep mattress fine, but they were far from soft. Even after I followed the company's advice and dried them on low heat, they came out of the dryer super wrinkled and just not cute on my bed at all. I was so frustrated and disappointed with my purchase that I don't plan on shopping with them again.
Sheet set purchase
I bought a sheet set as a Christmas gift and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure it got here on time. But even though they said it would take one to two days, it ended up taking four and I still didn't get it. I tried calling and emailing customer service, but no one got back to me about my order. This whole lack of communication and delay has really let me down, especially since now the gift won't even arrive in time for Christmas. So, I've made up my mind - I won't be buying anything from this company again.
Firm pillows
I saw this ad about a density guide for pillows from this company and it got me interested. So, I ordered one of each to figure out which one I'd like best. Turns out, the pillow was way too firm for me and I was bummed when I found out they don't do exchanges for a different density. I emailed customer service to let them know how upset I was and to see if we could work something out. Their response was polite, but they couldn't help me out.
King size sheets
The sheets were nice and cozy at first, but man, after only a couple years, they're falling apart like crazy. The fitted sheet got so worn out that it's practically see-through. I tried fixing it up, but the material was too flimsy. I even attempted to iron on a patch, but as soon as I washed it, a massive hole showed up. And to top it off, the flat sheet has a hole too. I'm pretty let down by the quality of these sheets, especially for how much they cost.
High-end sheets disappointment
Man, these sheets were such a disappointment! I treated myself to what I thought were some fancy sheets, but after just a year, I found a tear in the fitted sheet. And it only got worse from there - the tear ended up ruining the whole set! I've had cheaper sheets last way longer without a hitch. Spending so much on what I thought were top-notch sheets, only to end up with something straight up useless, really grinds my gears.
Down comforter purchase
I recently bought a down comforter from this brand and man, was I let down. The comforter was so noisy, every time I shifted it made this crunchy sound. And get this, after only two weeks of using it, I noticed a 4-inch gap in the seam where the down was spilling out. I reached out to customer service, hoping they would offer a solution, but nope, I got nothing. It was a pricey lesson, but I won't be buying from them again. On the bright side, I did buy their sheets and duvet cover before the comforter, and I have to admit, they were pretty good. They might be a little pricey, but they were definitely top-notch quality.
Scratchy sheets
I just don't understand why people are so obsessed with these scratchy sheets. They feel so rough on my skin, nothing like the luxurious experience I was hoping for. And it's frustrating that I can't even leave a review on their website after buying them.
Linen duvet purchase
I just got this linen duvet cover from the store because I heard good stuff about their stuff. I asked for some fabric samples and picked out the linen cover in a specific color. But man, the linen wrinkles a ton and the color of the actual product was way off compared to the sample. Didn't really meet my expectations, tbh.
