This company is so bad. They also took my money after I cancelled three months earlier. I am also as others have stated been taken for $126.00. Times are hard for everyone but to keep processing payment when you can’t even use the product.
The company’s customer service emails verifying that the subscription had been cancelled means nothing, this is just wrong. Do not use this company!
If I could give this company less than a one star I would. I don’t like deceptive practices.Relizen
I had a subscription with them and I canceled well before the next due date however they decided that they were going to send it out anyway so I immediately emailed to tell them I had already canceled this they responded right away and tried to convince me to stay and offered me $10 off I said no please cancel anyway they said okay however they still sent me the product and charged me so when I tried to contact them again they refused to even answer me and I filed a complaint with PayPal and they never answered PayPal either so I'm still waiting for my refund for a product that I canceled
