    Assistance with the refund process

    I got some amazing help from a customer service rep when I was having trouble starting a refund on the website. The delivery info for a couple of items was messed up, making it hard for me to ask for a refund. But luckily, Richard came to the rescue and fixed everything for me super quickly. He got all the details he needed about the stuff I wanted to return and processed the refund smoothly. Thanks to him, I got the QR code I needed right away and was able to send the items back the next day. I'm really grateful for Richard's quick and efficient help in getting this sorted out.

    Faulty dress with missing strap

    I bought a dress from this place lately, and it came with a missing strap. I contacted customer service and at first they offered me a $6 refund for a repair that I couldn't really do on my own. But after talking more, Mary from customer service got back to me quickly and gave me a much better solution. She said I could get a full refund and a code for free shipping to order the dress again, even though it was out of stock. Mary's helpfulness and effort to fix the problem really wowed me.

    Delayed refund

    I was so annoyed because it took forever for my refund to go through after my last purchase. I felt super frustrated not knowing what was going on. But when I reached out to customer service on Instagram, Dave was able to help me right away. He said he'd take care of it, and sure enough, the next day my refund was in my account. I'm glad they were able to fix it so quickly, but man, that delay in the first place really got under my skin.

    My whole Boohoo shopping experience was a disaster from the start. The thing I bought showed up all ripped, which was a huge letdown. And then, to top it off, they overcharged me compared to what I saw at the checkout. I was so annoyed and unhappy with the way things were going. But then, I decided to give their customer service team a call, and things started looking up.

    Damaged Clothing Item

    I had this piece of clothing that got messed up in my order, so I hit up customer service through chat. Liselle was the one helping me out, and honestly, she was so quick and on it.     Super cute dress

    I just had to share how cute this dress I bought is! It was perfect for my cousin's birthday party. The color was gorgeous and it fit me like a glove. I only noticed a tiny tear in the seam after wearing it. But when I reached out to customer service, they were super nice and quickly sent me a replacement.     My leggings had a massive hole in the crotch area

    The leggings I got from this place were seriously a joke. They showed up with this huge hole in the crotch area, which was obviously a mistake from the manufacturer. I had to really push customer service to get a refund. First, they tried to give me a discount on my next order like that would make everything okay, but after going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me all my money back. The only thing that made this whole situation bearable was the customer service rep, who actually seemed to care and tried to help. In the end, I got to keep the leggings and still got my refund, so I guess that's a silver lining. But man, what a nightmare.
