    I bought this super pricey bag at a store back in 2020 and, dang it, it broke on me. But get this, even though it had been a while, the staff still gave me a credit note. And when I told them I wanted the same bag again, they really stepped it up and hunted it down from all over the world. Marco at the store totally knocked it out of the park with his top-notch service - the dude was super friendly, kept me in the loop, and went above and beyond. Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better time and I'd totally tell others to check out this store.

    I wanted to share how bummed out I am about my time at this place. I was totally down to buy something, but they straight up wouldn't help me just because of where I'm from. It's really disappointing to see them treating people differently like that, and I just don't understand why they would do that. Hopefully, they change their ways and start treating everyone with the respect they deserve. Discrimination has no business being a part of any shop, and it's a real bummer to experience it like that.

    I just bought a mini pouch in oro from this brand, and man, am I let down by the quality. After just two months of using it here and there, the gold on the bag started peeling off to reveal this gross yellow color underneath. It looks like I've been using this thing for years, not just a short while. When I contacted the company about this mess, they tried to blame ME for the damage. What a bunch of jerks! I have other luxury bags that have lasted way better over the years, so this kind of deterioration is just not cool considering how much I paid. All in all, I am super bummed about how low-quality this purchase turned out to be, and I am definitely not recommending buying from this brand again.

    I bought these really fancy rubber sandals not too long ago, ya know? And man, they started falling apart real fast after just a few wears. I was so bummed out about it, especially 'cause they cost a pretty penny.     So, Santa really hooked me up this year and left me this super swanky Intrecciato Bi-Fold wallet in Dark Green/Travertine. Let me tell you, this baby is more than just a wallet, it's a whole vibe of luxury and top-notch quality. The craftsmanship is on point, and I just know this beauty is gonna be chilling in my collection for a good long while. Needless to say, Santa nailed it and I am one satisfied customer!

    I recently bought the Padded low sandals from this store, and I gotta say, it was a bad experience. The sandals broke after only five days of wearing them, and when I told the store about it, they didn't even apologize. They tried to blame me for the issue! I was so upset by the cheap quality of the sandals and the way the customer service handled it. The price was €550, which I thought was way too much for such crappy sandals and terrible customer support. I won't be shopping at this store again, that's for sure.

    Sleek leather bag

    I was really looking forward to treating myself to a gorgeous leather bag, but man, after reading the reviews here, I had a change of heart real quick. The hateful remarks about certain nationalities are just not cool and totally made me not want to support this brand at all. It's just sad to see a fancy fashion company lacking inclusivity and respect like that. I hope they do something about it and start thinking more about their customers down the road.

    I picked up a wallet from this store back in December 2020, and man, let me tell you, it's already falling apart after less than a year of use. The edges are all frayed and it looks awful. When I reached out to customer support, they had the nerve to say it's just normal wear and tear. What a joke. I shelled out a good amount of money for this wallet and was expecting way better quality. Honestly, you're better off heading to a store like Primark for better quality at a much lower price. Save your money and steer clear of this place, trust me.

    I recently bought a Bottega Veneta bag from the RUELALA website, and let me tell you, I am so disappointed with how it turned out. After just six months of use, the bag's surface is covered in bubbles and imperfections, making it look old and cheap. When I tried to talk to the manufacturer about it, they didn't want to deal with it or help in any way. Their lack of responsibility and bad customer service just made me even more upset. Overall, I thought the bag's quality was really not up to par, especially considering how much you have to pay for a luxury brand like Bottega Veneta.

    I got this men's long wallet as a gift and at first, I thought it looked really nice and well-made. But after only using it for a month, the stitching started coming loose. When I reached out to customer service about it, it was a real pain. Even though I sent them pictures and explained everything in detail, they kept dragging their feet and asking for the same info over and over. This wallet cost $1300 AUD and was way too expensive for the problems I had with it. The card slots were way too tight, and overall, I didn't think it was worth the money. I'd recommend you save your cash and get a better quality wallet for way less.

    Bag with faulty zipper

    I bought a bag from this brand while I was traveling, and when I got back home, I tried to open the bag and the zipper's pull tab broke off in my hand. I contacted customer service for help, but unfortunately, they weren't very helpful. They just told me I needed to either bring the bag in person or ship it back to the store, and they said I couldn't get a refund, only an exchange or credit. This lack of customer service really made me frustrated and disappointed. I've had bags from this brand before and they were always good quality, but this bad experience has made me not want to buy from them again in the future. I suggest saving your money and going with a different brand for better quality products.

    I bought a new handbag because my old one was low-quality and the new one I got was also not in great shape. So, I took them both back but when I got my refund, they only refunded me for one of them. I called to ask about the missing refund but they said all the managers were in meetings and couldn't help me. It's really frustrating and not cool that a brand like this would have such bad customer service. I'm really unhappy with how they handled my return and the lack of communication from their customer service team.
