Outdoor rug purchase
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I got myself a 5x7 outdoor rug. I've been having some trouble with the corners not laying flat, even though I've been trying to weigh them down for two weeks now. Other than that, the actual rug was just as described and came right on time. I was actually pretty happy to get a call from customer service last week asking about how everything went. It's not every day you come across good customer service like that, but this company really stands out. Overall, I'd say I definitely recommend checking out this company for their products and awesome customer service.
Beautiful rug
Man, let me tell you, this rug is just gorgeous, I can't get enough of it! But I gotta say, the pad that came with it is a real letdown. It doesn't even fit right under the rug, so now I'm trying to cut it up to make it work. And to top it off, whenever my dogs start roughhousing on the rug, it just slides right off the pad like it's nothing! Now I'm debating whether I should just ditch the pad altogether, but then I'm worried about the rug slipping all over my hardwood floors. It's so annoying to have to deal with this mess after shelling out big bucks for what was supposed to be a top-notch rug.
Quality rugs at affordable pricing
I got some really nice rugs from Boutique Rugs at a good price. I bought three of them and was pretty happy with my order. But I had a little problem with one of the rugs. Even so, the customer service people were on it right away and fixed things up in just 24 hours. They gave me another option that worked out well, and made sure I was satisfied with how it all turned out. The rugs showed up quickly and really spiced up my new home look. I'll definitely think about buying from them again next time.
Washable rug purchase
I just bought a washable rug from this store and I'm really happy with how it all went down. The rug showed up quickly and in great shape, packed up nice and easy for returns if needed. It fits just right in my room and has already gotten some love from visitors. I went with this rug mainly because it's washable, and it's been holding up great so far. Overall, I'm happy with what I got and would totally suggest this store to anyone on the hunt for a good rug.
Gorgeous rug purchase
This rug is seriously amazing! It got here really fast, in perfect condition, and totally blew us away. We looked at a ton of rugs before picking this one, but we're so happy with our decision. The quality is top of the line and the design is gorgeous. We're already thinking about getting another one down the road, maybe even some runners. If you're not sure, just take the plunge - you'll be glad you did!
New rugs bought
I just got these new rugs and they are so awesome! When I first tried to order them, I ran into a bit of an issue - I wanted to change the sizes I picked out, but the computer was being stubborn and wouldn't let me cancel. Luckily, Arthur in customer service saved the day and sorted everything out for me. Now I have my amazing rugs and I'm a happy camper!
Beautiful and high-quality rugs
I just got this amazing rug from the company and I'm so happy with it. It looks so good in my living room and really makes the space feel fancy and cozy. The colors are just like they were described online and the rug is the perfect thickness. The website was super helpful with all the details and pictures, so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Washable rug
This rug came in really fast and I can't wait to see how it compares to my old ones. The fact that it's washable is a big win for me. I just wish I knew how to share a pic of it with everyone. When it showed up, it was all folded up, but after a few days it flattened out really nice.
Last rug disappointment
I recently bought this rug, and man, let me tell you, it was way too thin and floppy. The quality was just not up to par. I've bought multiple rugs in the past, and they were fine, but this one was a major disappointment. Plus, the shipping took forever!
Affordable but thin rug with imperfections
I was not expecting a top-notch quality rug since it was super cheap. But, I was bummed to see that it was way thinner than I thought and had some puckering on the edges. With my crazy family, the rug does the job, but it's definitely not the best quality. I was crossing my fingers for something better.
