A Great Selection of Pop Culture Merchandise and a Commitment to Giving Back
I have been a loyal customer of BoxLunch for several years now and have always been impressed with their selection of unique and fun merchandise. Their online store is easy to navigate and they frequently update their inventory with new and exciting items.
I particularly love their wide variety of pop culture items, including clothing, accessories, and collectibles. They have a great selection of merchandise from my favorite TV shows, movies, and video games. I also appreciate that they have a wide range of sizes available, making it easy for me to find clothing that fits me well.
One of the things I appreciate most about BoxLunch is their commitment to giving back. They have a "Give a Meal" program where for every $10 spent, a meal is donated to a local food bank. It's great to know that my purchases are not only making me happy, but also helping to make a positive impact on the community.

Oh my gosh, I found the most adorable Disney t-shirt at this store that's kinda similar to Hot Topic! The prices were a bit crazy, but hey, you gotta pay for that Disney magic in your closet, right? They had tons of stuff to pick from - shirts, mugs, and even PJs with princesses on 'em! The employees were super nice and didn't hassle me too much, which was awesome. I even ordered online once and my shirt arrived super quick and was exactly what I was looking for. All in all, I had a pretty great time shopping there.
Canada to TN Purchase
I got some really cool things from Tennessee and Canada and they arrived really fast, all in perfect shape! When I visited all the Hot Topics in Tennessee, they were all awesome, and let me tell you about BoxLunch - they were absolutely fantastic too! The employees were all super friendly and made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Sure, it's a little pricey, but that's because it's all authentic stuff, you know? Sometimes the Hot Topic website can get a bit overwhelming when they release cool new items.
Online order experience
My time at the store was awesome, but my online order was a different story. The website was super slow and hard to figure out, which made it a real pain to find what I wanted and add it to my cart. And when I finally got everything selected, I ran into some tech issues when I tried to check out. I had to keep starting over, which was so frustrating. It really messed up my whole shopping vibe and left me feeling let down by the online system.
Minnie Mouse Light Up Backpack
I had a really frustrating experience with this company recently. I was trying to buy the Minnie Mouse Light Up Backpack, which was on pre-order and had a bunch of discount codes available. I tried to buy it multiple times on different browsers and devices, but every time I got errors. I reached out to customer service, and they told me the product would be restocked in May for international delivery. But when it came back in stock, none of the discount codes worked. Customer service then told me the backpack wasn't eligible for discounts, which was different from what they had said before. I was pretty bummed out, so I just decided to buy it at full price. But then, an hour later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because it wasn't eligible for international delivery. The lack of communication and consistency was super frustrating and made me question if this company is reliable.
Funko Pop figure
I ordered this really awesome Funko Pop figure and I was totally pumped for it to come. It's like a limited edition, you know? But guess what? It never showed! Can you believe that? They told me it got lost in the mail, but I'm pretty sure someone swiped it for themselves. I mean, how do you lose something so valuable?
Funko Pop vinyl figure
I just got this awesome Funko Pop vinyl figure from this store and I am absolutely obsessed with it! I've been collecting these for a bit now and I gotta say, this one is at the top of my list. They had so many cool ones to choose from, it was hard to pick just one! Checking out was a breeze and my order got here in no time. I was thrilled when it finally arrived on my doorstep!
Recent enamel pin purchase
I just bought an enamel pin from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole thing. The website was super easy to use, helped me find what I wanted in no time. Checking out was smooth as butter, and they had a bunch of payment options to choose from. The shipping was quick, and my pin arrived in perfect shape. All in all, I had a good time shopping there.
T-shirt
I recently bought a t-shirt from this store and man, let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. First off, the shipping rate didn't show up until I was already checking out, and it jumped from $6 to $26 out of nowhere. I tried to cancel my order right then and there, but there was no option for it. I reached out to customer support, but they couldn't help me cancel the order or explain the crazy high shipping rate. Talk about frustrating! They did end up lowering the rate when I emailed them, but the whole thing was just a headache. Not a very smooth or honest process, if you ask me.
Shirt for daughter
I bought a shirt for my daughter, but it turned out to be the wrong size, and they won't do exchanges, which is just not cool! I had to order another one and pay for shipping three times. It's been forever, and they still haven't refunded me for the first one. The shirt is nice, but it's definitely not worth all the trouble dealing with this place.
Christmas gift
I bought a Christmas present for my friend online 'cause it wasn't in the store. It was supposed to arrive by my friend's birthday. Well, today I found out that one of the items is out of stock and won't be here in time. It's a bummer 'cause it was a unique gift, so now I gotta scramble to find something else at the last minute. I attempted ringing up customer service numerous times, but all they could do was apologize and say they couldn't do anything to assist me.
Recent pin purchase
I recently bought two pins on sale from this store, but unfortunately, my experience has been pretty bad. After waiting for two weeks and my order stuck in pre-shipping, I emailed their customer service for an update, but didn't hear back. I tried reaching out through their website and finally got a reply offering a refund or to resend the items if available. I chose to have the items resent, but haven't heard anything since. It's almost been a month now and even after contacting customer service again, there's been no resolution. It's really disappointing that my experience with this store has been so negative, especially since I've had no issues with their sister store. I suggest shopping somewhere else for what you need.
Shirt and earrings
I gotta tell you about my recent purchase - it was a complete disaster. So, get this: my order got canceled out of the blue on May 6th, but they didn't give me a reason why. And guess what? They still held on to my money from that order. It's now April 16th and I haven't seen a dime back, even though I reached out to customer service just two days after they cancelled. The whole lack of communication and slow refund situation has me feeling super annoyed and let down.
Funko Pop figure
I just bought a Funko Pop figure at this store and it was a total nightmare. They gave me store credit, but then turned around and deleted my account so I couldn't even use it. I did some digging online and it turns out that lots of people have had issues with their customer service, especially this guy named Freddy. The misleading ads on their website really made me feel like I got scammed.
Backpack and wallet
So yeah, I picked up this dope backpack and wallet here, dropping almost 200 bucks on it. Everything was great at first, but after using the backpack a few times, the straps just started coming loose! I was so disappointed, man. I didn't even mistreat it or anything. I mean, really, don't bother spending your money here for bags. It's a real downer.
Clothing item purchase
I ordered some clothes a while ago, thinking they'd come pretty quick. But after waiting a couple weeks and not seeing anything, I looked online and saw that they were back-ordered and wouldn't be coming for months. That was a bummer, but I get that sometimes stuff gets delayed. As time went on, the delivery date just kept moving back without any updates from the company. Then out of the blue, my order was canceled without a word, which left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the whole thing.
