Berry Spice Dayan purchase
When I first saw the Berry Spice Dayan, I just knew I had to have it. It was like love at first sight, but with a purse instead. So, I eagerly waited for it to be released, and as soon as it was available, I tried to get one. Sadly, I was too slow and it sold out before I could snag it. But by some stroke of luck, I found the Saddlecreek Location in Memphis and they had the purse I was looking for. Let me tell you, it was even more beautiful in person. The quality and craftsmanship were top-notch, and the color was amazing. And on top of it all, Tameka at the store was so helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience even better. The next day, my precious Berry Spice Dayan arrived at my doorstep in Huntsville. It felt like Christmas morning all over again. Needless to say, I am incredibly happy with my purchase and the outstanding service I received.
Leather handbag purchase
I'm really upset by how this brand is being so insensitive and culturally appropriating. It's just not right to take the name of a sacred group in Hinduism and use it to sell fancy leather handbags. It's disrespectful to other people's cultures and beliefs, and it totally ignores the historical and religious importance of the term "Brahmin".
Blue handbag transfer issue
I just bought a blue handbag from this company, and I ran into a big problem with color rubbing off. I have a couple of white handbags from the same brand, and when I hung the blue one next to them, the blue color transferred onto the white bags. I contacted the company for help, and I was really surprised by how they handled it. They told me to send the bags back to them on my dime for fixing, with no sorry for the trouble. Their lack of ownership in this situation has really let me down and made me worried about the quality of their stuff.
Bought 2 bags in October
I bought 2 bags back in October, but they still haven't shown up. I'm starting to get pretty annoyed and might have to take some action if they don't arrive soon. I don't have time to deal with this kind of nonsense!

I ordered on FB (big mistake) 2 pairs shoes
It took 3 weeks to arrive, terrible quality, returned next day, insured.
Contact with company is ridiculous, offered up to $12.00 refund.
These shoes are not in the least orthopedic and the heels are so loose the shoes don't stay on the foot. I paid for them and checked to see if I could return them. The seller offered me $5 at first. The return address on the package was US, so I sent them to the NY address, to no avail. Insurance did not pay.Skylar Wallet
Beautiful product, but the zipper would not fully open. I immediately reached out to the company, to inform them that the wallet was defective. It took me MONTHS to finally hear back from them and by this point they only offered a repair, not a replacement as I expected considering the wallet was defective day one. The repair was horrible, they essentially shaved off the interior corner of the wallet to force the zipper to close. Are you kidding me? I paid $200 and ultimately received a "second" quality wallet. Good luck contacting them to address an issue. I'm so disappointed as their products are beautiful, but their customer service is horrible. This was my first purchase from Brahmin, and my last. I had intended to purchase the matching business tote, but clearly that's not going to happen. Sad.
Wedges orthopedic sandals
The company sent me the wrong size. Since they didn't fit, I will not comment on the quality. The company didn't want me to return them or exchange them, first offered me $6 refund. When I refused this, they continued to offer me more refunds until they gave me half back. They would not give me an address to return them to, saying if I want a full refund, the shoes would have to be returned to China but since this is too costly & takes too long, I should keep them and give them to someone as a gift. They were always responsive to my emails, but failed to stand behind the quarantee as stated on their website.
My experience with the company as been the same as MR in the previous comments. How can they possibly still be in business. The shoes did not fit and certainly were no orthopedic. I too said I would return them but they indicated I would need to send them to China so it would be very expensive and then not very reliable. Yes, we write everyday and the offers continue to vary but nothing close to what I spent. I would NEVER buy from them again. The advertisement said it was a money back transaction. NOT SO!
Wedges Orthopedic Hollow Out PU Summer Vintage Sandals
These shoes are not in the least orthopedic and the heels are so loose the shoes don't stay on the foot. I paid US$40 for them and checked to see if I could return them. The seller offered me $5. When I questioned why I could not simply send them back they said it was too expensive. I asked why. No answer. They suggested I give them away as a gift! The return address on the package was US, so sending a $40 pair of shoes back would get me more than $5 as a refund. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE--you will be stuck with a pair of poor quality shoes. I would not even think of giving them to someone.
There is no option to receive a return label. I need to return the "not so orthopedic" sandals. Poor quality. No customer service phone number and the email does not give the necessary information for returns.
Do not order any items from this company. I ordered orthopedic sandals which were not delivered weeks after I ordered them and were delivered in a bag and were of extremely poor quality. The company policy is they will refund you within 30 days but the items were not delivered for over 30 days which made it look like I was over the limit of a refund. The email exchanges between me and the company were a joke with them offering me a tiny bit of money for the inconvenience. That was only their way of making sure I was past the 30 days return policy which was in addition to their shipping the items well past 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY NOW HAVE MY RETURNED ITEMS AND HAVE THE NERVE TO DISPUTE MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND. ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
