    Hey there, I just wanted to share with you my recent experience buying a fridge from this one place. Let me tell you, the service was absolutely on point. Chris and Gilbert really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. At first, I was a bit upset that they couldn't deliver the fridge the night before like we planned. But Chris totally made up for it. He called me early the next morning, apologized for the mix-up, and made sure my delivery was taken care of right away. The delivery guy showed up within an hour, got the fridge all set up, and before I knew it, I was signing off on everything. Thanks to these guys, the whole process was super smooth. Huge shoutout to them for their amazing service!

    I just bought some kitchen appliances from this store and it was a really good experience. I ordered an oven but then decided to change it up before it came. The manager was totally fine with it and gave me my money back no problem. I ended up getting an oven, cooktop, and dishwasher with the help of a really helpful and patient salesperson.

    I recently purchased a cooktop from this store. The delivery process was a complete nightmare. The installation team that was supposed to install it refused to do so. They were super rude and unhelpful. It left me feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

    I bought a fridge at BrandsMart USA not too long ago, and I even got the extended warranty. But, sadly, the fridge broke down in the first month, ruining my food. When I tried to get it exchanged following their policy, the service I got was not helpful at all. I explained that I couldn't drive to the store because of health issues, but all they did was threaten me that a technician would call and I had to answer or be taken off the list. That kind of customer service is just not right and has no empathy for the customers.

    Extended warranty washing machine purchase

    I just bought this washing machine with an extended warranty from this store not too long ago. But guess what? The thing crapped out on me after just 3 weeks. So, I tried to return it, thinking it would be a breeze. Boy, was I wrong. Dealing with this store has been a total nightmare. I talked to so many different people - salespeople, receptionists, even the folks at head office and HR - and none of them could help me out. Yeah, their prices might look good, but the terrible customer service and lack of support make it not even worth it. If you need help with a return or any issues, don't hold your breath for a call back or quick service.

    Twin size bed inquiry

    I was trying to find a twin size bed and it was such a pain! The salesman was too caught up on the phone and didn't really pay attention to me. And when the bed finally showed up, it was the wrong one! They sent me a way cheaper mattress than the one I picked out. So I had to trek BACK to the store and the manager actually wanted me to pay $80 more for the right mattress. Seriously, what a joke! Do they really think they can mess with customers like that? So unprofessional and shady. I'm never going back there again!

    I bought a refrigerator at this store recently and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I had to go grab the fridge myself because they didn't offer delivery and I really needed one fast since my old one conked out. But when I finally got it home and turned it on, the control panel was busted and acting wonky. I called up customer service right away and they said they'd send a tech over three days later. The tech took one look and said, yep, it's a dud, better get a new one.

    I bought a TV from this store recently and had a really bad time with the delivery. I paid $79.00 for delivery but it took almost a week for the TV to show up. They told me it would be here on Monday, but it's Sunday now and I'm still waiting. They kept sending me texts with delivery times, but then nothing would show up. Their customer service was awful too, they just kept hanging up on me. It's super annoying to see a company not care or communicate well with their customers.

    Oh my gosh, BrandsMart USA is seriously the worst! So, I bought a fridge from them and the delivery has been a complete disaster. The first guy they sent straight up lied about my driveway being too long and unsafe. Then they just kept rescheduling and never actually showed up. I spent four whole days waiting around for nothing. They still haven't delivered my fridge and it honestly feels like I'm being scammed. Seriously, never going to purchase from them ever again!

    Bought 4 items, only 2 showed up, bad customer service

    I ordered 4 things, but only 2 arrived. They rescheduled the delivery from Friday to Monday, and only 2 items showed up. The installation crew was friendly, but the new fridge didn't work properly. On top of that, the customer service line takes forever to answer. I'm done shopping here!
