    Charm, Earrings, and Necklace

    I went to Cara's Boutique in Westlake, Ohio for some holiday shopping and I came across the most adorable charm, earrings, and necklace. The ladies working there were incredibly kind and helpful, they even put my purchases in cute gift bags and threw in a free heart necklace from the Brighton Collection. There were so many options at the store and the customer service was top-notch, I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I've also picked up handbag holders from Brighton's US airport stores in the past and they are so practical, cute, and affordable. I really love everything I see at their stores!

    Heart necklace purchase

    I bought this really pretty heart necklace at the store not too long ago, but, man, I ran into a big problem with it. The chains on the necklace started looking all grimy, so I figured I'd give them a good cleaning. But after I set it down, that was it - the necklace vanished into thin air. And this necklace wasn't just any old piece of jewelry, it was super meaningful to me because it was one of the last things my husband gave me before he passed away. Losing something so important and irreplaceable really stings.

    I really enjoy going to the store in Simi Valley! I always find the coolest stuff like necklaces, purses, wallets, and charms for bracelets. The quality is amazing, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. Some days I've spent hours at the store, just browsing and talking with the staff. It feels like my second home!

    My recent experience at Brighton really let me down. I've been a customer there for a while now, so I was hoping for better service and more professionalism. But when I had a problem with something I bought, Brighton didn't really try to help me out or fix things. Even though I've been coming back for years, I didn't feel like they treated me with the respect I deserved. It was pretty disappointing to see that they weren't flexible or willing to make things right.

    I ordered a Secret Santa gift bracelet that ended up being too small for my wrist and just looked kind of cheap. So I gave customer service a call, but they weren't much help. Kept telling me there were no returns.

    I bought some jewelry recently and man, was I let down by the quality. Those pieces got tarnished real quick, and even though they came with a one-year guarantee, the company didn't back them up when I complained. I forked over a good amount of cash for a few sets, just to have a bunch of necklaces go black and turn useless. The pricing is way too high for the lousy quality they're selling.

    I bought this necklace not too long ago and man, I ended up super bummed about it. The thing started looking all messed up after just a few months. It was like somebody dipped it in acid or something. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but they told me I had to pay for the shipping to send it back, even though they said they'd cover it at first. When I asked for more info, the supervisor, "Paulina," started talking about checking phone calls to figure out who promised what. It was just a bad experience all around and really disappointing.

    I got some jewelry from this store that I've been shopping at forever, but man, this Christmas was a letdown. The assistant manager was so rude and just didn't give a darn about anything I had to say. I even tried to get in touch with the district manager, but no dice. What a total disappointment!

    I had the worst experience with these earrings I got from this company. They messed up my earlobes real bad, making them scab up and leaving nasty holes. And to top it off, when I reached out to the company with pics showing how messed up my ears were, they just brushed me off with some basic response. They claim their earrings are hypoallergenic and made of silver and gold, but that's a total lie. I've never had this kind of reaction to jewelry before, and it felt like I put acid on my ears. The fact that they wouldn't give me a refund or even try to fix things just made me even more disappointed. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit.
