    High-quality shirts

    I had a great time at the store in the Mall of Emirates not too long ago. Before, I wasn't too happy with the service from a salesperson who didn't seem to care, but this time was totally different. Mr. Mohammad really stood out with his top-notch service - super professional and attentive. He knew all about the products and the brand, which made me confident in buying three really nice shirts. His customer service skills were seriously impressive, and I think the company needs more folks like him.

    So I bought a sweater from this place and let me tell you, their customer service was downright awful. The size wasn't quite right, so I wanted to swap it for another size in a reasonable amount of time. But nope, they gave me nothing but pushback and excuses. Their return policy is super strict, making it almost impossible to do a simple exchange. It's just not cool to be so inflexible in this day and age. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything online from them - you'll probably end up feeling really let down.

    Lengthy online return process

    I'm so fed up with trying to return something from this store online. It's been three whole weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I've been emailing them over and over, went to the store in person, and even left a voicemail, but nothing seems to work. Their return policy they talk up on their website? Yeah, that's a joke. The stores don't seem to know what's going on or they're just refusing to take back items. I spent $800 on the stuff I returned, and the fact that they won't even reply to my emails, the store employees aren't helpful, and no one even bothered to call me back... I am beyond frustrated. It's so aggravating to deal with such terrible customer service, especially from a high-end brand like this.

    Portuguese flannel shirts

    I recently bought two Portuguese flannel shirts from this store. Before purchasing, I reached out to customer service to double-check where the shirts were made. The representative told me they were made in Portugal, but when I got them, I found out they were actually made in China. I have a personal rule against buying clothes from China for ethical and quality reasons, so I was really let down and annoyed. The shirts were not great quality and definitely not worth what I paid for them. I ended up tossing them both out and will be challenging the credit card charges due to the misleading information.

    My recent trip to this store was a huge letdown. My husband and I came in looking to buy some dress shirts and pants, but the service we got was really disappointing. The guy we asked for help barely paid us any attention and didn't seem available, and the two older guys were too busy with another customer and the register. Even though the store wasn't busy, we waited over 10 minutes without any help before deciding to leave. It's sad to see the service at this place go downhill like this.

    So I bought some clothes online the other day and man, it was a mess. First off, they sent me the wrong sizes for everything I ordered, and on top of that, the prices were all messed up. The email said my total was supposed to be $760, but they ended up charging me $952 instead. The whole return process was a nightmare, and don't even get me started on their customer service - it was straight up awful. They weren't helpful at all whether I called them or emailed them. Made me feel like I was getting scammed by those guys.

    I wanna share my recent experience from shopping at this place, and let me tell ya, it was a total letdown. Ordering stuff was a real hassle - had to try a bunch of times just to get it right. The website was a mess, didn't have all the info I needed. And don't even get me started on the service. The employees seemed like they couldn't care less, hardly helped out and didn't know much about what they were selling. Prices were way too high, and they snuck in extra fees without warning. Plus, the quality of what I got didn't match the price tag. To top it off, my delivery was late and the stuff was all beat up when it finally got to me. I'm super disappointed with how things went down.

    I just got some shirts from this store and man, I was really let down. I made sure to check the size guide on the website and everything, but when they arrived, they were way too big and looked cheap. And then, to top it all off, there was no clear info on how to return them. I tried reaching out to customer service through email and the website, but no one even bothered to reply.     I've bought a bunch of shirts from this company, and I've seen a big drop in quality lately. The shirts I got last year are already falling apart at the elbows and wrists. I tried talking to customer service about it, but they wouldn't do anything to help fix or replace the messed-up shirts. It's really disappointing to see this lack of responsibility and bad customer service, especially considering how good their reputation used to be for making quality stuff. I wouldn't suggest buying shirts from them anymore.

    Men's dress shirt and tie

    I've been a loyal customer for a while, but my recent experience has me wondering if it's even worth it to keep shopping here. I bought something online and was told it would arrive quickly, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. Customer service wasn't much help and didn't really seem to care. It's annoying to pay top dollar and get such lousy service. Brooks Brothers, you gotta do better if you want to keep people coming back.

    Overpriced coat, poor quality

    I just bought this coat from the store and man, oh man, was I super let down by the quality. I've only worn it a handful of times and already the lining is coming unraveled. I mean, seriously, considering how much I shelled out for it, I was definitely expecting a lot more in terms of quality.
