    Glycerin running shoes

    I really don't understand what all the haters are complaining about. My experience with this place was amazing, from beginning to end. I ordered a pair of running shoes online and they showed up at my door in just 2 days via FedEx - can't beat that. But here's the best part. The shoes didn't fit, so I had to send them back. I took them to the USPS and within a few hours, I got a message saying my refund was on the way. And guess what? The money was back in my account in just 3 business days. Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

    Athletic shoes replacement

    I reached out to customer support about a pair of athletic shoes that broke a few years back not long after I bought them. Back then, I didn't really care because I wasn't running all that much. But when I asked which shoes I should get to replace the broken ones, they admitted it was their fault that the shoes broke so easily. They quickly sent me a new pair, which was actually a newer version, no questions asked. Now I'm just waiting to see if these shoes last longer before I decide if they're really worth it in terms of quality and durability.

    Finding some good Extra Wide athletic shoes can be tough, but let me tell you, I was so happy when I found this brand! These shoes are not only comfy, but they're also really strong and perfect for keeping up with my active routine. And let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. I had a little problem with my order, but when I shot them an email, they got right back to me with a super helpful response. Overall, I definitely suggest these shoes to anyone looking for some Extra Wide options.

    Cool shoes but falling apart

    I recently bought these really amazing shoes called The Beast, but honestly, the ones I got a decade ago were so much better. The new ones I purchased are just falling apart at the toes, and that's a major bummer. The customer service and return policy at this store are seriously lacking. It's just not worth it, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    I got these new shoes, been wearing them all the time and then, all of a sudden, the bottom part started wearing out super fast. I was like, "What the heck?" So, I reached out and they sent me a new pair in just 2 days. That's crazy fast! Their customer service is really awesome.

    Online order frustration

    Last summer, I ordered a bunch of stuff online, but it got stuck in shipping for weeks. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but they never fixed the problem. Finally, I asked for a refund, which they said they would give, but I still haven't gotten my money back. After waiting months and showing proof of what happened, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's already January and I'm still waiting for that refund. My suggestion is to avoid this company to avoid all the stress and hassle.

    Small trainers, difficult return process

    I just bought a pair of sneakers that ended up being too small, so I needed to return them. But man, I was surprised to learn I couldn't just print off a return label - I had to send an email to ask for one. And to top it off, the customer service rep I got connected to was in America, making the whole thing even more frustrating. The only way to return the shoes was through DPD, and there wasn't a drop-off spot nearby, so I had to take a long trip to return them. The person I talked to didn't really seem to care about my problem and just said it was a new rule. All in all, the return process and customer service were pretty bad, which really got me thinking if this was the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.

    My experience with the customer service at this company was really disappointing. The person I talked to, let's call him D, was not helpful at all and didn't take my concerns seriously. Even though the website said shipping was free, I got charged for it when I was checking out. When I mentioned this to D, he didn't seem interested in fixing the problem and told me I had to pay for shipping. This lack of transparency and care for customers really bothered me. The sneakers were nice, but the bad customer service made a bigger impact on me.

    Brooks Ghost runners

    I ordered a pair of running shoes from this company back on January 5th, and I still haven't gotten them. I've sent a bunch of emails, but my package is nowhere to be found. The tracking says it was delivered, but I never got it. I'm getting pretty frustrated with all of this and I think others should be careful when ordering from this company.

    Walking shoes

    I just bought a pair of walking shoes from this store, hoping to get something comfy and long-lasting for my daily walks. I'm not a runner, so I don't really push my shoes to the limit. But, after wearing them only about once every two weeks for less than a year, I saw that the heel inside was starting to fall apart. I didn't mistreat them or anything, so I was pretty bummed out by that.

    I was honestly pretty disappointed as a customer getting so many emails from that company. It was super annoying and just felt like they were really desperate for money. I don't mind getting updates and promos every now and then, but it was way too much and kind of turned me off. Made me start to wonder what their deal was and if they were really keeping it professional. Ended up buying what I needed from somewhere else because of all those emails constantly coming in.

    Data gathering program scam

    They suck you in with the promise of a free pair of shoes if you sign up for their data collection program, but then they backpedal and only give you a measly 10% discount. It's a shady move to get your info without actually following through on their original offer. Maybe Brooks isn't all it's cracked up to be when there are other brands out there with better products and customer service.

    I bought these running shoes back in February and I've been trying to get some help from customer service 'cause the sole is all messed up. I reached out twice but haven't heard anything back. Finally, I got a ticket number on February 26th and then was asked to rate the service quality on March 21st. How am I supposed to rate a service that I haven't even received yet?

    Adrenaline 22 Shoes

    I work in healthcare and my wife gave me a pair of Adrenaline 22 shoes. I wore them to the hospital once or twice a week. Unfortunately, I noticed holes forming on the heels because of the plastic material inside used for support. This didn't happen with my other sneakers from different brands. Brooks said it was normal wear and tear, not a defect. They offered a discount on my next order, but I wasn't happy with that since the shoes are pricey. I told them about my concerns regarding the quality and durability compared to other brands I have. In the end, I decided not to buy from Brooks again.
