I ordered one of there products off Amazon. I never received the product and ups lost it. I call buckmans for a refund so I could try and buy the product locally since it’s a gift I needed by this weekend (original order was November 24, 2021) I called them Friday def. 10, 2021 they told me they don’t do refunds and they would ship me another product on Monday Dec. 13,2021 with ups overnight. I called them today Dec 16, 2021 bc I have yet to receive the replacement product. The lady told me it won’t be here till Tuesday Dec 21,2021!!! And they have no knowledge of telling me last Friday they would overnight it. So I am now getting a product that won’t be able to get used for the person and I now have to try and find another gift last minute.

There miscommunication and disorganized company is frustrating and I will never order from them again. Extremely disappointed in there customer service and company.

I had my first experience all good and excited, thanks to this one , i bought my first snow appear from here and also rented the snowboard from here. the formation was really good and cost-effective. the options were good and as beginner was really overwhelming to find os many options to choose from but thanks to the goo dream i get the one i was looking without any hassle
the clothing was comfortable and it was so good on me , i was really happy wearing it and i find comfort in learning. the price was also good and for the one who is going for the first time, it was really helpful to save some good amount of money
