This company is legit. I found their website a while back and I've been hooked ever since. Their spiritual products are top-notch, you can tell they put in the effort to make everything just right. Breathe in & out spinning Ring
My time shopping on this online store was top-notch from beginning to end. The website was super easy to use, with so many different products to look through. The jewelry selection at this place is absolutely amazing, but let me tell you about the nightmare I had with USPS. So, I was supposed to get my items like a week ago, but they never showed up, even though they were saying they delivered them to a PO Box. Thankfully, Chris from customer service was a total gem and was willing to send everything again. After I talked to the postmaster, my order magically showed up today, so I had to cancel the resend. Gotta say, the customer service here is top-notch, but I think I'll stick with UPS for my future orders. Thanks a bunch, Buddha Groove!
Crossbody bag purchase
I just got my crossbody bag from this store and let me tell you, I am absolutely obsessed with it. The "tree of life" design is just so beautiful and special to me. The quality of the bag is amazing and I love that I could buy such a well-made product for a decent price. I will definitely be back for more stuff in the future. Chime Bell Purchase
I just bought this amazing string of chime bells from this company, and let me tell you, I am so happy with my purchase. The bells sound awesome and were packed up really nicely with a card explaining their return/exchange policy. I usually like to take my time before buying stuff online to make sure I really want it, and I'm so glad I did that with these bells. I already have my eye on something else I want to buy next! I just got a pink opal lotus pendant and a sterling silver bracelet from this store. The bracelet was great, but the pendant was kinda disappointing. The stones were too white, not like in the pictures. So, I contacted customer service to see what was up. Chris, the rep, was super cool and understanding. They sent me a return label right away and a new pendant that was on point. I'm really happy with how quick and smooth everything was. I just bought a garden statue and cairn pendant from this site, and man, I was so impressed by how awesome they are. The garden statue is solid and well-made, with amazing craftsmanship and little details that make it special. The cairn pendant, made of stones, is simple but super pretty – I get compliments on it all the time. The packaging was also really good, making sure my stones arrived safe and sound. Tunic purchase
I bought a tunic from this store not too long ago and was bummed when one of the buttons broke in half the first time I touched it. Even though the tunic looked nice, this whole button situation really brought down my excitement about it. I got in touch with customer service right away to ask for a new button, and they said they would help me out. But, after waiting for a while and not hearing anything, I had to reach out again and talk to a guy named Chris. Unfortunately, Chris kind of made things worse by saying I was being too pushy when all I wanted was to get that button fixed. Long story short, I never got that replacement button and now my tunic is kind of messed up.
Aqua Blue Zafu Cushion
I've bought a bunch of stuff from that online catalog before, but this time I grabbed an Aqua Blue Zafu Cushion just for me. I ordered it on a Thursday and was thrilled when it showed up the very next day! The cushion is exactly like they said - comfy but sturdy, and the bright aqua color really spruces up my meditation spot. I'm grateful for the great products and awesome service from this company.
