online cigar purchase
I recently bought some cigars online from this company and for the most part, it was a good experience. I was a little unsure at first because of some mixed reviews I had seen, but I decided to go for it anyway. The process of ordering was easy, even though it took a while for my stuff to actually get shipped out. I had a small problem with the tracking number, but eventually, my package made it to me. Despite these little issues, I was happy with the quality of the cigars. I spent around $300 on them, but I think it was worth it. Even though there were delays, I think the company is legit and reliable. I would definitely think about ordering from them again later on.
This is seriously awesome
here i can make my own cigars and its so interesting as well as amazing that i think whoever likes to do such stuffs must try it. There are different options in products which allows me to choose what i like and also its easy to find the favorites if you have any!
There are types in cigars so for trying something new, this is a seriously good store. The delivery is on time which i find it really good and also the prices are fair.
along with that, they have other cigar-related items which is used such as cigarette paper and ashtrays. did you get order i would like to know before ordering
They have decent prices. my order arrived late but to my surprise, it had a small free item I wasn't expecting.
So far proving to be a scam, 2 weeks and no response other then awaiting shipment. Ordered from another company 3 days after order from this one already received. No way to contact this company they claim to have online response, they don't. Blame USPS for delays not seen delays from any other company using USPS. Beware if you are purchasing from this company, no contact phone number no contact email, purchase and hold your breath hoping for a delivery.
Torano Hogshead Cigars
I have to say, I have some mixed feelings about this shop. The prices are really good, which is awesome for me since I love my cigars. But man, they've got some serious availability issues. Every time I try to order more than a couple bundles of those Torano Hogshead cigars, my order gets denied because they're out of stock. It's frustrating because I just want to stock up and not have to stress about running out. It's a shame because they've got such good deals, but this problem is really holding them back. Overall, my experience has been kinda frustrating, even though the prices are great.
Grenadier cigars
I recently bought some Grenadier cigars as a gift for a family member. I had a hard time finding them in stores, so I gave Buitrago Cigars a shot and ordered them online. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to place my order and how quickly the cigars arrived. Buitrago Cigars did a great job keeping me updated on my order every step of the way, which I really appreciated. And to top it off, my cigars showed up just 3 days after I ordered them, which was awesome. I'm super happy with how everything went and will definitely be ordering from Buitrago Cigars again. High volume business, responsive customer service
I just made a big purchase from this company, and even though there were some delays because they're so busy, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. It might take a little bit to hear back from them, but they were really nice and quick to fix any errors, giving refunds when needed. I've spent over $1000 with them in the last 3 months and I definitely plan on sticking with them for future business.
Cigars for my dad
My dad doesn't smoke a whole lot, but he does like to have cigars handy for special occasions. That's why when I stumbled upon this place with fast delivery and fresh cigars, I knew I had to grab some for him. The cigars arrived in just a couple of days, way faster than I expected, and they smelled so good that I almost felt tempted to give one a try! I'm really excited to see my dad enjoy them. All in all, it was a fantastic buy!
Glass item
I just bought this glass thing from the store and I gotta say, they really took care in packaging it up real nice for shipping. The item showed up without a scratch, all thanks to that protective packaging. I did have a little hiccup at first because I didn't realize their working hours, so my order was a bit delayed. But the customer service team was quick to respond, super understanding, and they fixed everything up right away. All in all, shopping at this store was a good experience. I definitely recommend it.
Backwoods Wild Rum Cigars
I Must say I was happy when I saw these backwoods cigars rum back in stock and I rushed online to find them and saw them on this website and I ordered them, it took a bit longer than usual but finally arrived and wow I am impressed. They were fresh and even found a gift inside my box.
I have to admit I was worry at first but now I can say I can order again.Blunt Wraps all flavors
They have good prices and I've never had an issue. Even with paying for shipping it comes out cheaper than buying products in stores. When a mistake was made I emailed them and within 2 days I was credited for what wasn't shipped although they sent an alternative flavor. I would definitely recommend this place as they are official. (I've ordered at least a dozen times)
Camacho tumbler with assorted cigars
Hey, so I checked out this really cool cigar shop and came across this awesome tumbler filled with a variety of cigars. I managed to find a coupon online, so I had to grab it. The package arrived super fast, like within a week of placing the order. No complaints whatsoever, I'll definitely be ordering from here again!
Product selection, easy ordering, shipping time
I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the stuff they had to offer. Ordering was a breeze and I liked that they usually deliver in 3-4 days. My last order did take a bit longer to get to me, but thankfully it still came in time before I used up all my previous stash.
Just bought cigars, got some free stuff
This store was really easy to order from, they verified me quickly and shipped my stuff fast. My cigars arrived fresh and they even threw in a few freebies, which was pretty cool. I'm also curious if they sell those Royal Hemp Blunt Tobacco-Free wraps that they gave me because they were awesome!
two boxes of Camacho Connecticut gordo size
July 5th I ordered two boxes of "gordo" size... this was confirmed by the company not only when ordered but also confirmation of shipping. After a week of not receiving a shipping confirmation I went online and found it still said order was pending, so I wrote the company-asking that if the product was not in stock then cancel the order and refund my credit card charge. Day later I received confirmation of shipment. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size product. I saw phone number for customer service, on the order confirmation and shipment confirmation, so I called-to learn that the company no longer has customer phone support-to me the fact the phone number appears on the various confirmations is misleading and deceptive practice. I emailed the company via its website-it has now been over a week and still no response, not by phone and not by email... not an apology or a partial refund (since the size that was shipped actually costs less than the ones I ordered). I will NEVER buy from this company again and I've noted in various online reviews that others are sorely disappointed in dealing with this company.

Customer service is non-existant. No response to messages or emails. Delivery is the worst. Who cares.about pricing if you can't get product?
Bella Little Cigars
I purchase three cartons of Bella Light cigars and only received two. Packing slip showed two shipped. I emailed them and they refunded for one. Opened one carton and it was fine. Opened the second carton and there was a lot of loose tobacco and the individual packs had loose tobacco. I opened some of the worse packs and there were holes in the papers and filters. So I ended up opening all the packs. I also had some tobacco beetles crawl on my hand. I had to throw out six packs. They lost a future customer.

I must say I was a bit bother about shipping delay but they made it up with the free item and when I emailed to complained they issued a store credit which is not what I was expecting but they honored their word.
Backwoods Honey
Ordered on Dec 1. Tracking says delay at PO and you won't answer phone. The website doesn't offer any method to contact you!
