First-time online Bulova watch purchase
I wasn't sure about buying a watch online, especially from a top-notch brand like Bulova. But when I saw the exact model I wanted at a great price, I just couldn't resist. Ordering was easy, and my watch arrived quickly and in perfect shape. The size was perfect and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I've had watches from other fancy brands before, and they were nothing but trouble. But Bulova has been a reliable and trustworthy watch for me.
Bulova watches collection
I've been collecting watches for a while now and I gotta say, Bulova watches really stand out in terms of quality and style. My first one was the precisionist chronograph in stainless steel, and I've added 12 more Bulova watches to my collection since then. They've all been super reliable and really well-made, which just goes to show the kind of craftsmanship and attention to detail that Bulova is famous for.
Watch box disappointment
I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always loved the quality and look of your products. But, I gotta say, I was really let down when I got my most recent purchase and saw that the watch box was pretty low quality. As someone who's willing to drop some serious cash on a nice watch, I expect the presentation to be top-notch. The way the watch box is right now? Just not cutting it.
Anniversary gift
I recently got this really awesome watch to celebrate my work anniversary, but now it's not telling the right time. I thought about sending it back, but I couldn't even read the numbers on the back. So, I'm just sticking with my trusty old Casio watch for now.
My recent purchase
I bought this watch hoping it would work well, but it's been a total letdown. It keeps messing up and I've had to send it back three times already for repairs. The last time I got it back, there was a note saying the warranty was up and I should contact the company directly. I tried reaching out, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back. This watch was a gift from my husband and it means a lot to me, but it's barely been worn and it's already giving me problems. I'm really disappointed with the lack of help I've gotten, and I'm not sure what to do next.
Modern watches
As someone who's been a loyal customer of Bulova watches since the 1960s, it's really disappointing to see where the brand is heading these days. The quality and cool new ideas that used to make Bulova stand out seem to be disappearing, replaced by materials that don't measure up and movements that are nothing special. The new watches I've bought just don't have the same level of care and skill that I was used to from Bulova. The mineral glass crystal and Miyota 8215 movement are a far cry from the top-notch parts that Bulova was known for. It's sad to watch a brand with such a awesome history and reputation churn out what can only be called overpriced, cheap watches.
Watch stopped working within 8 months
I bought this watch, and it sucks that it stopped working after only 8 months. Like, seriously? It's supposed to be under warranty for 2 years, but Bulova straight-up wouldn't cover it. They made me pay for a new battery that should've been included. Plus, their customer service was super slow and not helpful at all. And when they finally fixed it, the glass had dust inside and the stopwatch needles were messed up. It was a total letdown and now I wish I never went with this brand.
Precisionist dive watch repair
I had to send in my Precisionist dive watch for a battery replacement because it was still under warranty. It was a pain dealing with Bulova because it took them three months just to let me know they got it. I called them so many times, and in the end, I had to fork over $80 for a basic battery replacement. On top of that, I had to wait another two weeks for the repair. The whole thing was a complete nightmare and totally unacceptable.
Bulova watch purchase
I bought a watch from this company not long ago and, wouldn't you know it, the stem fell off after barely a year of me wearing it. I was counting on that 3-year guarantee to take care of it, but they basically told me tough luck. I was pretty bummed out about it. Thankfully, Jeweler F.hinds really came through and fixed it up for me. But, man, Bulova really dropped the ball on this one. It's a shame to see a brand that used to be all about top-notch customer service take a step back. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from them - their guarantee might not be worth much in the end.
Kinetic watch
I got this awesome kinetic watch thinking it would be really cool, but man, it's been a total disappointment! It couldn't keep time for the life of it, which is really frustrating. It took them forever to fix it, and to top it off, they didn't even extend the warranty for the time it was busted. And now the dumb strap won't stay closed, it's driving me insane! I'm going back to my Seiko watch, that thing lasted me over 15 years without a hitch.

This whole ordeal left me feeling pretty upset and let down, and I definitely won't be buying watches from them again.

I recently had a really frustrating experience with the repair service for my watch. Basically, right after I bought it, the watch started messing up and not telling the right time. But it's been 3 whole weeks since they got the watch, according to the tracking info, and I haven't heard anything about what's going on with the repair. I recently contacted a well-known watch brand to see about fixing up my pricey timepiece that I bought ten years ago. I tried using a discount code from this company, and man, was I let down. I signed up to get 10% off my first order, but when I tried to use it, no dice. I even reached out to customer service, and all they did was send the same useless code. It's so irritating to see this kind of misleading stuff, and it's safe to say I won't be shopping with them again.
Birthday present for wife
I bought a birthday gift for my wife and was so bummed when it didn't work as soon as we opened it. And of course, since it was a Sunday, we couldn't even reach out to customer service for help. When I gave it to her, she started off with a smile but that quickly turned into disappointment when she saw that it wasn't working. It really hurt me to see her reaction like that. Don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on this product.
