I've been a loyal customer since 1978 and I've always been really impressed with the hair products they offer. I've lived all over and I make sure to find salons that carry these products because I know they've been tested really thoroughly before hitting the shelves. I really like that they require all their hairdressers to attend classes in NYC every year, showing their dedication to staying on top of their game. They even warned me against buying Bumble and Bumble products from anywhere that's not certified because they take quality seriously.
Amazing hair care products, pricey but worth it, long-lasting
This hair care brand is the real deal - their products are just incredible. Not only do they look fabulous, but they have really helped my hair look and feel better. Yeah, they might cost a pretty penny, but let me tell you, they are worth every cent. The quality is so top-notch that you only need a little bit each time, so they last forever. I can't thank Bumble and Bumble enough - they've saved my hair for real.

I had a little mix-up with my hair product order, but the customer service rep was awesome and fixed everything for me. I ended up reordering the products I actually wanted, and they even threw in some free mini products as a bonus. So excited to get my package and try out all my new goodies!
Hair care products
I bought some hair care products online the other day and the whole order process was a bit odd. I made the order on the 23rd, got charged on the 24th, and then hit them up through email on the 27th since it still showed as being in the warehouse. Their FAQ said I should only get charged once the stuff ships, so I was worried. They replied telling me to give their customer service a ring for an update, which seemed weird to me. Why couldn't they just shoot me an email update?
Named day delivery
I just bought something and paid extra for it to arrive on a specific day, but when my order arrived, one item was missing. I called customer service to ask about it, and they told me that the item went out of stock after I placed my order. I was kind of bummed that they didn't let me know it was out of stock before sending my order out. They did promise they wouldn't charge me for the missing item, but I'll have to double-check with my bank to be sure.
Efficient, high quality products, worth the cost, samples
I had a really good shopping experience at this store. Ordering was easy and I got my stuff quickly with updates beforehand. The things I bought were top-notch and totally worth the price. I liked that they throw in samples sometimes, a nice little extra.
