    One product Detachable Hood belted puffer coat ,great product, sufficient for any coldest season Black color almost made of cotton and partly used elastane and polyamide ,so many specifications but for a such heavy pricing ,product is a good deal.

    Lost item replacement

    My experience with the customer service at this store was really good. I ordered two things together but they were sent separately which was a little annoying. Unfortunately, one of the packages got lost by UPS during delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they were super quick to respond and understand what had happened. They sent out a replacement for me right away, which was awesome. I'm grateful for how well they handled the situation and how professional they were in fixing the problem so quickly.

    Trench coat missing epaulette

    I just bought a trench coat and found out that one of the epaulettes was missing. I called customer service right away. The lady I talked to was super nice and really helped me out. She helped me order replacement pieces in no time, and in less than ten minutes, everything was fixed. I was really impressed by the amazing customer service I got, and I would definitely suggest this brand to others because of this great experience.

    I just got this new jacket here, and it was really cool. But then I accidentally tore it on a nail on the wall.     I just bought a trench coat from this brand for men, and let me tell you, dealing with their customer complaints process was a total letdown.     I can't believe how bold this company is! The process of ordering stuff online was a complete nightmare, from start to finish. I had so many problems with the website after placing my order, and customer service did nothing to help me out. I decided to return what I bought and get a refund, which was supposed to happen pretty quickly. But it's been over three weeks now, and I still don't see a single cent back in my account. This is just not okay! I'm thinking about taking legal action against this company for being so unprofessional and not caring about their customers. Seriously, do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering anything from this company.

    Ordered expensive shoes

    I splurged on these crazy expensive shoes like two weeks back which, like, feels like forever in my 12-year-old life. Every time I call, the people on the phone are all saying different things. One person tells me my shoes are already on their way, another says they'll be sent out tomorrow, and then someone else says they haven't even been picked up yet. Seriously, just tell me what's up! And don't even get me started on how they never call back like they promise. It's like, do you even know how to use a phone? 🙄 I've ordered from other high-end brands, like some sparkly red-bottom shoes from Italy, and they got to me in just 3-4 days! What's Burberry's excuse?

    Shoes at outlet store

    I bought two pairs of shoes at the outlet store and both of them had problems. I contacted customer service using the email on the website and they said they'd get back to me within 3 to 5 business days. It's been over a week now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I've sent multiple emails but they keep on ignoring me. This kind of customer service just isn't okay.

    I ordered something from your company online not too long ago, but the shipment ended up not coming through. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but still haven't heard back about my order or getting my money back. Dealing with your company has been really frustrating.

    Perfume purchase with next day delivery

    I bought this bottle of perfume and paid for that quick next day delivery, but guess what, it never showed up. It's been like two weeks now, and still no sign of my refund. Customer service has been a total disaster. They just passed the buck, telling me to deal with my bank to get my money back. Like really, it's their mistake, why should I be the one to fix it?

    Cashmere scarf

    As someone who's a fan of this fancy brand, I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the quality and customer service I've been getting. I bought a cashmere scarf not too long ago and it started falling apart after only a few times wearing it. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they weren't much help and didn't take responsibility for the issue. The brand is known for their high-quality stuff, but my experience doesn't show that at all. I was hoping for better from a big name in the fashion world.

    Burberry trenchcoat from the Heritage Collection

    As someone who's been a loyal customer of luxury fashion brands for a while now, I recently bought a Burberry trenchcoat from the Heritage Collection. But I wasn't too happy with how things went down during the order process. They sent the coat to a PO Box instead of my actual address. Even though they admitted the mistake, all they offered was to let me order a second coat by paying again. So, I ended up getting two coats shipped from Burberry's overseas base, basically doubling the environmental impact. Plus, their lack of flexibility and customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I've bought four trenchcoats from the Heritage Collection before, but after this mess, I've decided to stop getting Burberry products for good.

    Runway trench coat

    I recently bought this really cute runway trench coat from your flagship store that I just loved. But then, the excitement quickly faded when I saw a crack near the button after just one week of wearing it. I went back to the store to exchange it and they said they'd order a new one for me. When I got the replacement, I realized later on that it was longer than my old coat. The staff told me that it only comes in one length even though they originally told me there were short and long options. After going back and forth, they said my original coat was a special version and they didn't have my size in stock anymore. And on top of all that, when I asked about the warranty, they said it was only good for 6 months and any issues had to be dealt with at a different location. Really frustrating that they messed up my order and didn't seem to know much about their own products or warranty. Just crazy.

    Showerproof car coat

    I bought this car coat that was supposed to be "showerproof" from this store. But let me tell you, that coat is anything but water-resistant. It's more like a sponge - the rain just soaks right through it. I wore it two times and both times I was drenched. I always followed the care instructions, never washing or dry-cleaning it.

    Overpriced earring purchase

    I bought this earring from a certain brand, and boy was that a mistake! I wore it only three times and the back broke off while I was wearing it, super uncomfortable and annoying. When I contacted customer service about getting it fixed, I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me $85 plus shipping and handling for the repair. I'm really let down by this whole situation and I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
