Coming back to my review, few days back we tried burke decor. We bought the star cushions, cat zorro and there was one hand woven pom like . We bought these without even trying anything
So yes i was worried about the quality and other things
But thank god, when we get everything at our home. the quality was good and i love the material, my wife is surely going to buy more. i created a monster lol.Burke Decor has been an awful company to deal with and a terrible experience. My first order of plates, from Burke Decor/The Today Show, was lost. I asked for a replacement order, which arrived a week later with every single plate broken. I asked to speak to a supervisor about the poor quality of customer service and instead, they offered me a "refund" which was never received and then sent out 4 platters for replacements. I emailed them again and asked for the 8 plates from my original order and they just brushed me off and said "no refund" you got platters.
Abaso Coffee Table
The Abaso Coffee Table from this home decor store is just gorgeous. The rustic wood color is so lovely, even prettier in person! It's the perfect touch to our new place and I'm thrilled with my buy. Not only does it look amazing, but it's also super strong and well-crafted. The customer service at Burke Decor was top-notch, they really went above and beyond to help me get my delivery in time for a party I had planned. I totally recommend this store and their stuff to anyone wanting to freshen up their home decor.
Wallpaper and Home Decor
I just bought some wallpaper and home decor stuff from this company not too long ago. Let me tell you, the quality was top-notch and they had a great variety to choose from. The website was easy to use, and checking out was a breeze. My order came right on time and everything was packed really well to make sure nothing got damaged. All in all, I had a really good time shopping here and definitely suggest it to anyone who wants some cool home decor items.

Delays and damages, man. They happen, whether you're in the store or ordering stuff online. Ain't no avoiding it, it's just part of the game. I was doing this remodel at home recently, and I was getting stuff from brick and mortar stores and online shops. And wouldn't you know it, there were hiccups with both - delays here, damages there. So let's give these small businesses a break, okay?
Bad purchase experience
I ordered something weeks ago and it's still delayed. I requested a refund back in January and I still haven't received it. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here!

I'm so frustrated with this company I bought home decor from. I ordered in December, and they canceled it in January because they didn't actually have the stuff. I've tried reaching out so many times through email, messages, and calls, but still no refund like they said. It's already March and I'm still stuck not getting my money back. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought some home decor stuff from this store and I gotta say, I was super happy with how nice they were. They had a bunch of different options to pick from, so it was easy to find the perfect pieces to spruce up my place. And when they showed up, they were all wrapped up nice and came in perfect shape.
Cancelled order refund
I had to cancel an order and the customer service folks were really helpful. I started the return process using the online chat service and it all went smoothly. I got my refund in the 10-14 days like they said.
cool stuff for my room
So, I got some really cool stuff for my room from this one place, but then my shipping time kept changing so I was like, nope, and cancelled my order. The folks on the phone were nice and said my cancellation was all good, and that I'd get my money back in about 14 days. But you know what? Six weeks later and still no money! I'm so mad because their customer service is non-existent! They never pick up the phone and take forever to reply to my emails. Don't fall for it like I did, steer clear of this place if you don't want to get scammed out of your money.
Vinyl player purchase delayed
I bought this record player back in January and they said I'd get it in 3-5 business days. But it's already mid-March and still no sign of it. I've been talking with their customer service, and they keep changing the delivery date - first to February, now to April. It's just so aggravating and not cool. And the thing is, they're not even selling record players anymore, so why are they bothering to send mine out? I've totally lost trust in this company and I'd caution others to really think before buying from them.
Refund issue
I had the worst experience with this company. I spent $615 on an item that never shipped, and even after trying to reach out to customer service multiple times, I still haven't gotten my money back. I've been waiting and getting frustrated for months now, so I'm gonna have to ask my bank for a refund. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here to anyone.
Wall Art
I ordered this really awesome piece of wall art for my room, but it never arrived. They told me it was shipped like a month ago, but I still haven't gotten it. I'm pretty disappointed about it, man.
My super cool purchase
I ordered something from that place but it never showed up! The customer service emails seem so fake and they still haven't refunded my money. Save yourself the hassle and don't bother spending your time or money there!
Botched delivery
This company absolutely does not deserve a single star. They completely messed up my order by sending it to the wrong address, then completely ghosted me. It's impossible to get ahold of them - I've tried Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and emails, but nothing. I did get an automated message saying my order was on its way, but who knows if it's even going the right way. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Umbrella purchase for niece's birthday
I bought an umbrella for my niece's birthday at this store and man, was I let down. After waiting for a whole month, the darn thing never showed up. I tried to get my money back but all I got was a promise that it would be sorted out in 5 days. Well, it's been way past that and still no refund. I feel like I got ripped off big time and I would suggest steering clear of this store.
Two Accord Wall Sconces
My dealings with Burke Decors were a total disaster. I'm an interior designer and I bought two Accord Wall Sconces for a project I was working on. They said the items were in stock, but after I bought them, the delivery date kept getting pushed back. After waiting for months, I finally gave up and canceled my order. They said they canceled it in October 2022 and promised to give me a refund within 7-14 business days. But it's been 6 months now, and despite sending multiple emails, I still haven't gotten my money back. This company is a total rip-off, and I strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs.
Home decor purchase
My experience with the company was so frustrating. They kept pushing back my order and I was always the one reaching out to ask why. Finally, I just asked for a refund, but I still haven't gotten it. I've been sending emails, making calls, and trying to chat with them, but no luck. It's really disappointing to see a company treat their customers this way, especially when it comes to something as important as getting orders right and giving refunds.
