    Bedding set purchase

    I gotta say, my experience with this company wasn't great. I tried reaching out to customer service for 5 months to check on my order, but all I got back was vague and unhelpful answers. And when my product finally arrived, it was all messed up, which makes me question their quality control. Honestly, I was really let down by the service I got from this company.

    Christmas gift order

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a Christmas gift in early December and was told it would arrive before Christmas. But that didn't happen - in fact, it never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be delayed until mid-January. Then they kept pushing the delivery date back to mid-February and mid-March, but it never came. I got so fed up that I asked to cancel the order on February 28th, but I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time I talk to customer service, they promise a refund but nothing happens. I even tried going to the Better Business Bureau, but all the company did was make more empty promises. It's been really frustrating dealing with them - they don't take any responsibility and aren't transparent at all about the refund process.

    Holiday item refund delay

    I'm so bummed about my experience at this store. I've been waiting for an $88 refund since January for a holiday item that was out of stock. I've sent multiple messages and been promised that my refund request is being looked at by the finance team, but nothing has happened. I've heard so many excuses and it's taking forever to get a refund for something I never even got. It's frustrating that the customer service team can't deal with such a simple request, and I recommend finding a different store if you're having issues with products that have already been shipped.

    HEM puffy chair

    I ordered a HEM puffy chair back in December and I'm still waiting for it to ship in February. I decided to cancel the order in March, but I'm still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is so unreliable and there are always delays. It feels like this company might be fraudulent, so I'm thinking about taking legal action.

    Wallpaper

    Horrible customer service experience. After checking in with their customer service to see the status of my late wallpaper, it had not even been shipped. What do you know, it's shipped a few days later.

    Once only one of the two wallpaper rolls were delivered, I didn't notice this until I went to begin wallpapering the home so a lot of time had passed. When I told them, they said, oh well, it's been too long, so no refunds or exchanges. So I paid for a product that I never received. Ridiculous.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER. If you’re looking for a company that sends you broken cement large vases, and doesn’t assist in the return, shop here. If you’re looking to spend $2000 on a table that will take 12 months to arrive, for the delivery man to leave it outside the house, MAKE YOU CRY, and force you to hire someone to help you move it inside, shop here. If you’re looking for a return, I hope you’re not expecting the money to come back. A year of dealing with this company and let me say, the joke was definitely on me. They gaslight you too! So, if you’re looking for the worst company in the world, look no further.

    Beware if you order from this company. I ordered a baby mobile in Sept. 2021 and I have not received it or heard anything from them. It is now February I am now cancelling it. Hopefully will not have an issue of getting my money back.
    If you are out of stock of an item, then don't allow people to order it.

    This company has the worst customer service. I ordered bar stools in May 2021 for Delivery in August 2021. I didn't hear a peep between May and August. I called in August to get my delivery date and was told my bar stools were now on back order until October. I asked why I wasn’t notified and was told that they just hadn’t gotten to me yet. I don't believe that for one moment. I don't think they care about their customers at all - will not be doing business with them again.

    Order placed 12/3/2020. As of 8/3/2021 I have not received console. However, website still offering for order at a higher price with 16 weeks delivery. I have been waiting 34 weeks and was just advised to wait another 2-4 weeks. Fraud.

    alarm only went off the first day and looked cheap. Returned a week later. I have confirmation clock was received by burke decor on 6/25/21. Today is 7/13/21 and I am still waiting for my refund. Will not order from this company again.

    I ordered a record player in April. They said shipping would be delayed because of Covid. I still have not received it when I reached out on June they said it would most likely ship in early July. Still waiting. I really can’t understand

    Ordering and receiving item was good. Returning, a hassle! Had to repeatedly ask for return authorization. Was informed a $8 and something return fee + 5% restocking fee ( who does this for a under $200 item?). Anyway, finally got refund credit ( after 2 weeks) and was not refunded total amount due. Not sure how it broke out as they do not itemize refund credit. Will definitely never order from these folks again!

    One mirror and two bedside tables

    I am super frustrated. I had one order from Burke Decor last fall that went fine, so I used them again to buy 2 Bungalow 5 bedside tables and a Bungalow 5 mirror. When ordering the estimated delivery was the 3d week of February and all said in stock. Prices were good, and free shipping so I was happy with that. Now, nothing has arrived and customer service is giving me the runaround. First I got an email that one of the orders was cancelled by me - they admitted it was an error and verified my order. Next, when the due dates past, I called (over 30 minute wait time) and the agent made it seemed it wasn't their fault, Bungalow 5 is to blame (lesson learned - Burke Decor is a 3d party reseller without control). Finally I was told the items were backordered. I asked for an estimated delivery date and after 5 days of waiting have had no response.

    I ordered thousand dollar mirror from this website, and after 5 days, I received email told me that the mirror will arrive about 3 weeks. I wait 3 weeks, and nothing happened, I called and emailed to ask, and today I received email told me the mirror will arrive around April, what? That is way too late. I asked for refund, and waiting their reply.
    Never had shopping experience like this, very disappointed

    I'm having the exact same problem! Bungalow 5 mirror and Burke Decor is not responding. I found the CEO's name and will contact her is need be.

    Awful company, will not issue a refund to our credit card after canceling a order. Got a email which said it would be issued, never happened. Stay away from this company

    Wall hanging

    I ordered a wall hanging on December 31st. Received a confirmation email. No further communication until .No option for tracking order.
    January 15 2021 I got an email saying that it would be delivered sometime in May! I emailed them back that I no longer wanted the item. No response. Unable to get through to listed phone number for customer service. Never again ! They DID take the money out of my account. I think I can kiss it goodbye.

    Good Lord! Do these people actually exist? I had placed an order in September and the website did not mention any delays. No email from them on when it's shipping even after 2 weeks, after getting in touch with the customer care is when I get to know it's delayed. The dates keep moving and now no response for my calls nor emails, "it's either they need to check their warehouse or they give a different date" but now it's been 3 emails and calls and they are mum! Seriously???? How do they run the business? 4 months and no clue of this item.

    Purchased a table from Burke Decor. Promised white glove treatment, the man left a 170 pound table at the door. ( not put together either) The credenza (which I also after phone calls was promised this would not happen again , was once again left at the door and broken. Lots of promises but nothing done. Not one to leave bad feedback but do not buy from them. Empty promises and you're left with broken items. BAD BAD customer service.

    Home Office Desk and Chair

    The desk I ordered was delayed in shipment - no idea when I will be seeing that and have not received any communication regarding that.

    The chair I ordered was shipped to the wrong city (even though my shipment address in my Burke order confirmation was correct) - I have been in contact with Burke customer service and the shipper and still no idea when/how I will see the chair either.

    Overall really disappointed and won't be spending any more money with Burke.
