A Game Changer for Oral Hygiene
I have been using BURST Oral Care products for the past 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The toothpaste and electric toothbrush have greatly improved the overall health of my teeth and gums.
I appreciate that the toothpaste is all natural and free of harsh chemicals. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean without any sensitivity. The electric toothbrush is also a game changer. It has multiple brushing modes and a timer to ensure I am brushing for the recommended two minutes.
The customer service is top notch. Any time I had a question or concern, the team at BURST was quick to respond and provide helpful information. I also love that the company is environmentally conscious and uses sustainable packaging.

The electric toothbrush I got from this company was really great, both in terms of how well it worked and how it looked. The design was sleek and modern, and the bristles were gentle but did a good job of cleaning my teeth. But I've got to be real, dealing with their subscription service was a pain. I thought I was signing up for a one-time purchase, but the way everything was worded made it seem like a monthly subscription. When I tried to cancel, I had to go through a bunch of confusing steps and click the "cancel this subscription" button more than once. It felt like they were purposely making it hard for me to cancel, which was a bummer considering how great their product was.
Toothbrush and whitening strips
I just wanted to mention that the customer service I received was awesome; they were super polite, professional, and went out of their way to help. Big thanks for all their help 😁 Also, their toothbrush and whitening strips are seriously top-notch - they've made a huge difference in my oral care routine. I'm really impressed with how well their products work and how easy they are to use. Overall, my experience has been amazing and I would definitely suggest checking them out.
Oral care products purchase
I bought some oral care stuff from this company and it was pretty good. The products worked well, but I wasn't thrilled with how they handled sales. They kind of tricked me into a subscription without being straight up about it. I didn't know that buying something would sign me up for more and charge me without asking first. It felt shady and now I don't really feel like going back to them. It's a bummer when a company that sells good stuff pulls this kind of stuff.
Toothbrush replacement
I had a pretty bad experience with a toothbrush replacement service not too long ago. My original toothbrush broke, so I tried to reach out to customer service for help. But instead of talking to a real person, I had to chat and follow some troubleshooting tips. Unfortunately, they didn't solve my problem. So, I decided to just cancel my subscription and switch to a different toothbrush brand that I actually liked better. Even though I canceled my subscription six months ago, I got surprised with a charge and a notification that a new brush head was on its way at the beginning of this year.

I just bought an electric toothbrush from this company and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. The customer service was amazing - super polite and quick to answer all my questions. As a dental hygienist, I had higher expectations for this company. But let me tell you, they have really let me down. It's been a mess trying to get my electric toothbrush situation sorted out since mid-March. You'd think they'd be more understanding, especially given my line of work. But nope, no sense of responsibility or willingness to fix things on their end. It's pretty disappointing to see a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers, especially those in the dental field. So, my recommendation to anyone thinking about buying from them: look elsewhere for a toothbrush. Dealing with this just isn't worth the headache.
Chinese made toothbrush with paint peeling issue
This company's customer service is a real issue. I've had the paint on their toothbrush handle peel three times in three years, and they won't admit it's a health risk. After it happened for the fourth time, I switched back to Sonicare, a more trustworthy company. They were willing to replace the toothbrush, but I said no thanks because they wouldn't take responsibility.
Recent order delay
I bought something 20 days ago and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info hasn't changed since they made the label. I emailed them 5 days back but no one replied. When I tried the chat support, they just told me to email them again. It's really starting to annoy me how they're not keeping me in the loop or getting things done.
Toothbrush and Water Flosser
I bought a toothbrush and water flosser from this company, but sadly the flosser showed up broken - wouldn't even turn on or charge. When I reached out to customer service, got hit with a message saying they were swamped with calls and closed. After shooting them an email, they told me I'd need to go through a warranty thing to get it fixed. The whole ordeal has left me pretty annoyed and let down. I just wish they'd back up their products better.
