Update: It's been over a month now and I still haven't got my money back. I have returned the parcel to the exact address they send, and tracked it via GLS, and I can see that it has been delivered. Yet it takes them over a week to get in contact with their own warehouse to check it they have it.
Advice for anyone who want's to return items back to cafago AND recieve their money back; get a lawyer.

I contacted their service mail for help, and they didn't provide nothing but trouble. I didn't get any address to return the package as they didn't reply at all to that question. So I sent it back to the address which it came from and wrote them a mail about it and all I get in return is that they are sorry about that but that isn't the return address. And STILL they don't say any another address. And that's all I got. No further help. No service. Only thing I got from that is that I lost a butt load money. All they wrote was "we are sorry for that" And "we are so sorry" But nothing actually came out of it.
Shady and untrustworthy website. At least with their return policy. I don't now what others have experienced but this is what happened to me.
I was offered expedited shipping at checkout. NEVER was I prompted that shipping times maybe affected by COVID or international shipping logistics. I was never prompted that my order would be shipped internationally. After my order was over a week late, I asked the company for a refund of my expedited shipping charges. They agreed to a partial refund (after a lot of resistance) that I have yet to receive and they insisted that they sent it and I needed to speak with my bank. My bank says they see nothing from cafago. I will never order from this website again. Terrible customer service. They take your money and insult your intelligence.
They list products as being In Stock, sell them to you, take your money, then wait 5 days to tell you they are Out of stock. Then they ask if you want to wait a week, because they Might have it back in stock then. So No they Don't ship in 2 day's. They don't even have the products they are advertising In Stock for sale. That's bad business. Now I have to deal with Trying to get a Refund from an already Untrustworthy company.
