I sent an email to customer service, but didn't hear back for a whole week. I was getting pretty annoyed, but when they finally got back to me, they quickly sent the right suitcase. To my surprise, they even threw in a little bonus to make up for the hassle.

    Trunk bundle purchase

    I had a really bad experience with the trunk bundle purchase. On my first trip from the US to Egypt, the bag just broke completely, leaving me stuck without a working piece of luggage. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they just told me to file a claim with the airline. I ended up losing $400. For two months, I had to deal with a broken bag wrapped in plastic to keep it together until I got home. I never got a refund for the damaged luggage. And to top it off, the handle of the second bag fell off after just three uses, showing how poor quality and not durable these products are.

    Laptop bag mix up

    So, check it out, man. I ordered this sweet Kaya bag, but instead of that, they sent me this ginormous Kaya LAPTOP bag. I shot them an email right away 'cause I need the right bag by the 31st, ya know? I let them know what's going on and they were all chill about it, saying they'd send the right bag or give me a refund, just gotta send back the wrong one. I was cool with that. But now, I've hit them up like three times to make sure the new bag is coming and to get that shipping label for the wrong one, and I haven't heard a thing back from them. And I even dropped some cash on this!

    Unacceptable refund policy

    I wanted to share my recent bad experience with this company. I got a duplicate item as a gift and when I reached out to customer service to fix it, they said it was too late to return or exchange. I think that's not cool, especially because it happened during the holidays when gift-giving is so important. This isn't the first time this has happened with them and I'm really annoyed at how inflexible and unhelpful they've been.

    Missing Luggage

    Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this company is just awful. They forgot to ship one of my big suitcases in my order, and getting a hold of them has been like torture. I can't even call them directly, so I have to wait forever for their slow email responses that take days. And when I finally give them all the info they need, they just ignore me. It's been two weeks, and I'm still battling to get my item while on my trip. It's so frustrating!

    I had a really bad customer service experience. My suitcase arrived damaged, so I contacted customer service through email to get it sorted out. They responded at first and said I could return the suitcase for a refund, but I still haven't gotten the prepaid label to send it back.     I got this awesome luggage, but the whole experience was not great. I mean, they charged my card right away when I ordered it, but then didn't even ship it for like two weeks. What's the deal with that? When I reached out to them, they took forever to reply - like three to five business days. And they only work Monday through Friday, like what about weekends? It's a retail company, and Christmas is such a busy time, why aren't they working on weekends too? Ugh! I really wish I had checked their Facebook reviews before buying from them. It's like they care more about themselves than the customers, not cool.

    I got a bag for my friend but then found out someone else had already got her the same one. So I tried to return it, but I got a message saying they don't do refunds or exchanges for that item. Like, what? They never mentioned that when I ordered it. If they're not gonna tell you, they should totally take it back. I called and emailed them but they never got back to me. I would say, don't buy from them unless you're 100% sure you want to keep it. They're not reliable at all.

    This company is a complete joke. They don't even have a phone number where you can talk to a real person, and when you email them it takes forever to get a response that's worthless. And get this - they don't even make you sign for your luggage, which sounds sketchy to me. I bought a whole luggage set from them that never showed up, and they act like it's no big deal. They didn't even offer to fix the problem or give me any money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. It's not worth the hassle or the money.

    Purchased an item for a friend

    The customer service sucked. I bought a bag for a friend, only to find out someone got them the same one. I tried to cancel the order right away, but couldn't reach anyone on the service line. I tried to cancel online, but they said once it's in progress, no dice. After days of calling, leaving messages, and emailing, they finally said I could send it back once it got here. But then, the online system said it couldn't be returned. More emails later, we got a return label and were promised a full refund. When the refund finally showed up, it was $12 short because of hidden shipping costs. Terrible experience, definitely won't shop there again.

    Recent purchase experience

    My experience with this company's purchase was really disappointing. I got multiple items, and when the package came, it was open, and two out of three things were either missing or messed up. One thing had marks on it, so I asked for a replacement. Sadly, after I sent back the messed up item, they told me it was out of stock, even though the website said otherwise. And the customer service I got was not helpful at all. They haven't given me any credit or solved the issue, even after almost three weeks. This whole thing has made me feel let down and frustrated, especially because I've been loyal to this brand before.
