Put a neutral rating for shipping and customer service as I bought through The Iconic, not directly with Camilla & Marc.

Although beautiful designs, from the items I’ve purchased, including some returned, I am disappointed in the quality of materials. For $800 a cost stating it is 96% wool and 4% silk, I expect that to be true. It is not. Upon receipt of the item, the fabric label stated 50% wool, 50% polyester. This is deceptive. I do not want to purchase polyesters, much less so at that price. For a coat costing $800 I would expect durable, sustainable materials and not cheap fabrics that can be found anywhere.

Camilla and Marc

The word designer is used to denote luxury manufacturers of clothes, cars and other personal accessory items which are often sold under a prestigious label mostly named after a founder, location or designer. Primarily the term is used to refer luxury products. While the designer labels mainly target the mass affluent, the middle class or members of the upper level, such of designer labels such as Rolex, Cartier, haute couture and Montblanc tend to target the wealthy clients. However almost all designer brands do have merchandise that can't be afforded by the middle class.
