A Great Online Destination for Outdoor Gear
I have been a client of Campman for a few months now and I have to say that my experience with the company has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I placed my first order online, I knew that I had made the right choice. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of products was impressive.
I particularly appreciate the level of detail provided on each product page. Not only are there multiple pictures, but there are also detailed descriptions and specifications. This made it easy for me to make an informed decision about what to purchase.
The ordering process was seamless and my items arrived sooner than I expected. The packaging was also very well done and my items arrived in perfect condition. I was also impressed by the level of customer service provided by Campman. I had a question about one of my items and the customer service representative was extremely helpful and responded promptly.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Campman and I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of outdoor gear. I will definitely be a returning customer.Ultralight backpacking tent purchase
I just bought this ultralight backpacking tent from an online store. I was a little nervous because I'd never heard of the site before, but the tent was cheaper there than anywhere else, so I took a chance. The buying part was easy and I even got a discount coupon which was awesome. The tent got shipped out fast and showed up in a week, which was pretty impressive. They kept me up to date with emails the whole time. The tent itself is really good quality and I'm super happy with it. Overall, I had a really good time shopping at this store and would definitely think about coming back in the future.
Top quality gear, great prices, excellent customer service
I recently bought some top-notch outdoor gear at Campman and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the prices and the customer service. Seriously, the prices were some of the best I've seen for the gear I needed, and the customer service was top-notch. The only problem I had was with the shipping company, ONTRAC, which was totally inept. But Campman stepped up, took care of the issue with ONTRAC, and got my stuff sent out again through UPS. Their quick response and dedication to making sure I was happy really got me. I'll definitely be keeping Campman in mind next time I need outdoor gear.
Cancelled order due to COVID challenges
I just had to cancel an order I made at Campman because of all the craziness going on with COVID. I live in King County, WA, and it's been a real struggle trying to deal with all the uncertainty and disruptions caused by the pandemic. When I contacted Campman to cancel my order, I was really impressed by how quickly Chris responded and the great service he provided. Even though things are tough right now, Chris was super empathetic and understanding, which made everything a lot easier for me. I'm really thankful for the support and kindness that Campman has shown me during this difficult time.
Ski gloves purchase
My experience with Campman was amazing. I had this tricky order with different sizes and styles of ski gloves, and Chris from customer service really went above and beyond to help me with the exchanges. He was so professional and efficient, and he even gave me some great advice on which gloves would work best for all the activities I do. It's obvious that the folks at Campman really know their stuff and care about giving their customers the best service possible.
Big Agnes tent
I just snagged this awesome tent online for a great price, and I thought to myself, "Heck yeah! This will be perfect for my next camping trip." But then, I ran into some issues when trying to pay for it on the website. I reached out and chatted with this guy named Chris, and he was seriously so nice and really helped me out. He even took the time to talk to me on the phone and gave me some awesome camping spot recommendations in Salt Lake City! When my tent arrived right on schedule, I was over the moon about everything. Huge thanks, Chris!
Ski gear purchase
I recently bought some ski gear from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The stuff showed up right on time and was in awesome shape. Only hiccup was that the initial tracking info didn't say my order was coming in two packages. But when I shot them an email about it, their customer service team got back to me super quick, even late at night, with updated tracking details. They really showed they care about keeping their customers happy and in the loop. I'm happy with the service I got and would definitely think about buying from them again down the road.

I just picked up some backcountry ski gear from Campman and I have to say, my experience was awesome! He not only gave me his direct phone number, but also made sure that they would still honor the original price and discount. I was really blown away by how great Campman was with their customer service and professionalism.
Nemo disco sleeping bag
I just bought a Nemo disco sleeping bag from this store and man, the whole thing was pretty great. The shipping was crazy fast and the product arrived in perfect condition. Plus, the price was the cheapest I could find anywhere online, which was awesome. Shopping was easy as pie, no problems at all. My only suggestion would be to consider offering free return shipping like some of your competitors do, that would really take the whole experience up a notch.
