Carolina Rustica is a 17-year old firm that has grown through the years by providing an honest, customer-focused method of promoting fine North Carolina furniture, mattresses and lighting. We run a large retail shop in Concord, NC and also a website. We operate them together as one business and serve customers all around the nation. Our doctrine is always to be as clear as possible to our customers and our production partners. We are very pleased with our retail store growth. 13 decades back, we began with a little 500 square foot booth in an antique mall. Premiu products & great customer service
I really wanted to put out about my personal experience at the Carolia rustic. I recently orderd an iron bed from Carolina Rustica and surpirsingly that cost me somewhat $500 cheaper than what I was quoted in the local home furnishing stores in at my neighborhood. When I got it, it looked like it had a manufacturer's defect I kind of got scared that what would they say or how they react. I called their customer service on Saturday and they requested I send pictures of the defect, which I did, and first thing Monday morning they called me back, said they had talked to the manufacturer and were having touch up paint sent directly to me, along with a $150 rebate for my inconvenience. Have never had customer service like this before! So this kind of customer service is really special and even with some little mess-up, things get so good. so I do recommend to go for the place and try for yourself.
