    Faulty stick purchase

    The product is honestly just okay, nothing too exciting. It's worth noting that the formula isn't anything groundbreaking, just plain old aluminum. So honestly, the price tag seems a bit steep for what you're getting. To top it off, I ended up with a faulty stick that had already solidified before it even got to me. I tried to get it fixed by contacting their customer service, but they weren't much help. They said they'd send a replacement, but after getting back to them right away, I haven't heard a peep. It's frustrating to fork over money for a defective product and not get any resolution or refund. I'd say think twice before buying from this company.

    I signed up for Carpe's emails to snag a discount code, but it's been a real headache. Even though I tried to unsubscribe after the third email, they just won't stop sending me about 15 more. It's seriously annoying and feels like they're not listening to me when I ask them to knock it off with the promotional emails. I get that they need to do their marketing thing, but this is just way over the line in terms of not respecting my wishes.

    Hand lotion not good enough

    I bought this hand lotion, but it didn't do anything for me. I asked for a refund, but they said I should keep using it for a few more weeks. Now, they're sending me two more tubes and charging my credit card! They're also not answering my emails. Such a terrible company!
