Safari Blue
This was the worst experience - DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the Safari peel and stick wallpaper in blue for my son's bedroom. I used the measuring guidelines that they posted on their website and somehow I didn't end up with enough wallpaper. When I went to order additional rolls, they sent me the wrong color. It was gray on a white background instead of the blue on a cream background. They don't have a phone number you can call, so I had to email. They take forever to respond to emails and when they finally responded they said that they didn't see a difference in the wallpaper color. It is just absurd. How can people who sell wallpaper not be able to tell the difference between two completely different sets of wallpaper colors. I've spent almost $1,000 in wallpaper at this company. I can't return the first rolls I purchased since it is already on the walls. At this point it looks like I'm going to be out the money and have to rip it all off and start over with something new because Carter and Main is refusing to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to fix it. Terrible company and terrible customer service. The print is cute though, it's a shame.

First the background color was completely different. that the sample. its was taupe not grey like the sample. You can NOT get a person to talk to. When I got my large order - I ordered several different lengths. many rolls were different widths so the design DOES NOT LINE UP. Lastly. the paper has white on the edges so you see white lines instead of it being seamless. NEVER AGAIN. I cannot get them to respond to me
Nature Stone Phone Grip
I ordered a natural stone pop socket from Carter and Main. First of all, it took just shy of a month for it to ship. Not an average of 2 weeks as listed on the website. 2nd and most important the gold around the edge of the pop socket started peeling off the very first day I used it. And not an improper or hard use, it basically sat on my desk at work all day. I sent in a picture and refund request that night. And I was sent back a copy and pasted sorry we don't offer refunds from their Q&A section except on wallpaper. This was not a refund because I changed my mind. This was a refund because you sent me a defective product. They didn't even off to exchange it, just a hard No! Extremely disappointing and I will NOT be shopping here ever again and will not be telling anyone to. It's sad because of the # of compliments I received on the pop socket.
