I am loving this phone case I got from Cexxy! It's seriously the bomb. The design is super cool and it fits my phone like a glove. And bonus - it came with a screen protector, so I don't have to stress about scratches. Overall, I'm really happy with it!
Hair product
I'm really upset about the customer service I got from this company. I ordered a hair product more than a month ago and it hasn't shown up yet. I've tried to get in touch with them several times, but no luck. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't make an effort to talk to its customers. When I asked them to contact the courier for me, they said no and told me to go to the post office, even though it was obviously their mistake. It's not okay for them to dodge responsibility and not help their customers.
Wigs purchase
I bought a wig from here and man, let me tell you, it was totally not what I was expecting! I ordered a 28-inch wig, but when it came, it was only 20 inches when stretched, and 14 inches when curly. And get this, they had the nerve to tell me that I measured wrong! Can you believe that?
Wig was smaller and less dense than advertised
I bought this super dense wig and was really disappointed because it was actually super thin and not the length I was looking for! This was my second time ordering from them and I definitely won't be doing it again!
