Nice collection ,but costly
Collections are really very good and a family shop where all age can shopping.
Playa pro beach sandal costed me heavy. Quality is good even rates are on higher side.

I ordered some shoes online and they tried to charge me more than what they originally said. That's not cool at all. I'm gonna cancel my order and make sure I get my money back.
Slide sandals purchase
I've been a customer for about 20 years now, and every year I've made it a tradition to buy myself a new pair of slide sandals. This time around, I thought I'd switch things up and try a different style, but I ran into a problem - the straps were way too long. So, I decided to reach out to customer service for some help. However, all they could suggest was to use a rubber band as a quick fix. That wasn't the kind of solution I was looking for, especially from a brand I've been loyal to for so long.
Then, just recently, I had another frustrating experience. My order was shipped by FedEx to my office, but when I went to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. Even though the tracking info said it was delivered, FedEx insisted they dropped it off. This left me without my new sandals. When I tried to get some help from customer service, all I got were excuses and no real solutions in sight. It was really disappointing to see the lack of accountability and service, especially from a well-known brand like this.Shoes, order placed on July 15th
Don't bother ordering from this company. I bought a pair of shoes three weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. When I tried to get help, nobody responded. It's frustrating that I can't even log into my account on their site anymore. Stay away from this company.
Sandals with broken warranty claim
I just bought a pair of sandals from your store, and I was pretty bummed to discover that the warranty policy I had counted on isn't valid anymore. About 10 years ago, I got these sandals with a warranty that promised replacements for any problems, not just manufacturing defects. I was okay with paying a bit extra for them because I knew I could get a replacement if they failed, but now I'm out of luck. It's really disappointing and has me second-guessing the quality of the product.
Lifetime warranty disappointment
I was really let down by the company's lifetime warranty claims they were advertising. They promised that my sandals would last a lifetime, but after just two seasons, the straps broke off inside the sole. I was so bummed when the company wouldn't uphold the warranty - it made me doubt their whole marketing strategy. Plus, the price I paid for those sandals was way too high considering the poor quality and service.
Custom Chaco order
I ordered some custom sandals from this company not too long ago and I have to say, my experience was pretty disappointing. I placed my order on July 15th and patiently waited for the 2 weeks it takes for processing and delivery, but when I finally got the shoes, they had the wrong strap color. What really got to me was that the confirmation email I got had barely any details about my order. All I got was a little picture of the shoes and a receipt, no mention of the strap colors I picked. That lack of communication caused a big problem with my order, since the straps came in a color that clashed and I definitely didn’t pick.
Sandals warranty refusal
Chacos totally let me down with their so-called "lifetime warranty." My sandals are practically brand new and there's a clear defect in the design/manufacturing, but they refused to do anything about it. I showed them pictures and everything, but they still said no. It's ridiculous how heartless corporations like this can be. Definitely steer clear of these guys.
