Great service
Fantastic service. Got my tracking code via whatsapp from Chamaripa. 2 pair shoes sent separately to avoid taxes to pay. Received 1 pair. Neatly packed, each shoe in protective cover, sole protected with plastic. The other in two days. Btw a great tracking information.

i had two major waste experience and after that i switched to Chamaripa. There are few things which are wrong with them too however the major two things services and price is good

This company doesn't return phone calls, emails, whatsapp chat requests. They sent shoes that were too small.
The packages are neatly packed. They look good. Good products. But the happiness ends there. The minute you have a problem...well, forget about response from them. I don't have time for this.
Be careful working with these people. I certainly won't shop with them again.Shoes
The expensive shoe I ordered was for winter and I ordered it in middle of summer to start wearing in fall. The bottom of the shoe was so badly made that it damaged my feet when I wore it for first time. They are well aware of the issue and quickly want to order in sole for the shoe to fix the issue. A $200 shoe should not require that since it cost them 10th of the cost to make it. They refused to replace or refund the shoe and you can not return it since it was worn once and they refuse to escalate or provide contact info for their management. Order shoes locally so you can access them within the country. This has been a worst experience dealing with this company

I paid for 3 pair of shoes. They were to small. They asked me to return and I would get a bigger size. It cost me $497 to send to China. Now they won’t answer me I have my tracking number. They sent me and email that they have my shoes. I can’t get a refund or shoes. $800 in debt. Not good customer service
