I've been going crazy buying new clothes from this store for the past month. Whether I was at their stores in Bristol and Gloucester or shopping online, the staff was always super professional and nice. They even took my measurements to make sure everything I ordered online would fit just right. And let me tell you, their deal on shirts when you buy more than one was just too good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well all the shirts fit from their different collections. And their return policy? So easy! I had to exchange a shirt and it was no problem at all, no questions asked. The quality of everything I've bought has been top-notch. I've been loving their non-iron range - as long as I follow the care instructions, my clothes stay wrinkle-free. They also gave me info on local tailors if I ever needed alterations, so it's clear they really care about making customers happy. Overall, my experience shopping there and the clothes themselves have definitely made a big impression on me. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Replacement order for a shirt
I recently ordered something from this company and they told me that Amazon was going to handle the delivery. Well, turns out the package didn't show up when it was supposed to. When I talked to customer service, they told me Amazon messed up and didn't even make an attempt to deliver it. So I contacted the company directly and they were super helpful in fixing the problem right away. They said they'd send me another shirt and it actually showed up the very next day like they promised. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful their customer service team was. It definitely made me happy as a customer. Not only were they easy to deal with, but the stuff I ordered was even better than I expected. Overall, my experience with this company was really good and I wouldn't hesitate to tell others to check out their products and services.
Invaluable online shirt store for me, my go-to online store
I can tell you this, Charles Trywhitt shirts are such premium comfortable, breathable fabric and elite clothing line.. these shirts are like so much light and cozy.. I have only few experiene finding such clothing line too premium to wear. I mean you wear it and you can tell it the difference.. but the best part with this is, it is not so inexpensive.. so that's great. also I haven't really bought the other items here like suits, shoes, trousers, knitwear, jackets and coats but surely looking forward to.. those seems very nice.. I have bought 8 shirts from here so far in last 4 months... yeah,, that good.
Formal shirts purchase
I've been a big fan of this brand for a while now because their formal shirts are top-notch. They always come through with great designs, quality fabrics, and perfect fits. Their customer service is top-notch too - super friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or problems I have with my orders. The prices are fair for what you're getting in terms of quality. I did recently give their pants a try, but sadly had to send them back because they didn't fit right. It would be awesome if they could offer more size options for folks like me with smaller waists.
Wrong size shirt
I ordered the wrong size shirt and totally panicked, but the person at customer service was really cool and helped me sort it out without making me feel stupid. They even went the extra mile to make sure I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning and re-ordering, which was so awesome.
